My eyes shot open as the loud beeping continues; I shot my head up to look at Natsu and what I saw wasn't OK.

I was chilling with Lucy and Gray when Zeref yelled like something unwanted is happening to Natsu.
Gray POV
Zerefs yell was unpleasant and I didn't like it.
Lucy POV
Erza and Gray and me look up from Zeref yelling.
Happy POV
Zeref screamed and it got my attention from Charla.
Wendy POV
All of us ran to the infirmary room.
Zeref POV
BLOOD WAS COMING OUT OF NATSU MOUTH LIKE HE WAS CHOKING OR LIKE HE WAS HAVING A SEIZURE.
Erza, Gray, Lucy, Happy and Wendy slammed the door open with a worried and concerned face.
"ZEREF WHATS WRONG" Erza yelled in panic.
Wendy ran over to Natsu. "WHAT ThE-"
"Wendy can you stop Natsu from bleeding from the mouth" Lucy ask.
"I'll try" Wendy put out her hands and began to heal Natsu.
"Zeref What happen" Erza asked.
"I don't know I woke up and his happened" I said scared for Natsu safety.
"Guys there's a problem" Wendy said with sadness.
"What?" Gray asked.
"The poison in Natsu body is now killing Him because of the health blood" Wendy said.
"And the poison has became more active because it ate the healthy blood and now it's going to spread more faster" she explained.
"WHAT ARE WE GOING TO DO" Happy yelled.
"Happy Go GeT GrAmps" Gray yelled.
No ones POV
Happy fill fast to masters office. "MASTER" Happy yelled.
"Huh? Happy What's worry" Makarov asked.
"ITS NATSU" Happy yelled and fill back to the infirmary followed by Makarov.
"What's the problem Brats" Makarov ask walking up to the bed.
"Natsu might die from the poison" Erza said.
Makarovs eyes shot open at the words "Natsu, Die and Posion".
" is there a way to stop it" makarov said trying to calm down.
"I don't know Master" Wendy said.
"Erza and Gray go get porlyusica" makarov said.
"But there's a problem The poison in his body it's almost everywhere in him so Natsu has about 2 hours until he dies" Wendy said.
"Will we need to do everything we can to save him" Erza said.
"Aye" Everyone said.
Natsu POV
Everything is black, I can't see.
My body feels dead.
I can't move too.
Am I dead.
All I remember is Zeref-nii and Erza saving me and then I black out.

Gray?
Happy?
I can remember somethings but.
Everything feels fake to me.
Wendy POV
"MASTER THERES A PROBLEM" Erza yelled out.
"What?"
"She isn't there" gray said.
