Shunshin no Naruto

Chapter 9: the Demon Brothers

As Team 7, and Tazuna is walking towards Nami, Kakashi sees a puddle in the distance, but says nothing. When they get near the puddle, Naruto says, "Sorry guys, but I need to take a piss."

Naruto then walks towards the puddle, unzipped his pants, and then relieves himself, pissing into the puddle. He zips his pants back up, and continues to walk towards Nami, when two figures jump out of the puddle. The attack, and "kill" Kakashi with a chain that connects them. These two figures are the Demon Brothers, Meizu, and Gōzu.

Gōzu and his twin brother Meizu were chūnin of Kirigakure before defecting and becoming mercenaries alongside Zabuza Momochi.

In sharp contrast to his brother, Meizu is described as having a short temper and is extremely violent while torturing his foes. He has also been described as a hooligan.

Meizu had shoulder-length, wild dark-brown hair and dark eyes. He wears a rebreather that covers the lower half of his face and a large, clawed, poisonous gauntlet on his left arm which had a chain coming out of it that had the other end attached to his brother's own gauntlet. He wore a camouflage suit with bandages around his waist, dark-coloured, knee-length sandals and several pouches around his waist. His Kirigakure hitai-ate had two horns on it.

In sharp contrast to his brother, Gōzu is described as being rational, level-headed and calm.

Gōzu had shoulder-length, wild dark-brown hair and dark eyes. He wears a rebreather that covers the lower half of his face and a large, clawed, poisonous gauntlet on his right arm which had a chain coming out of it that had the other end attached to his brother's own gauntlet. He wore a camouflage suit with bandages around his waist, dark-coloured, knee-length sandals and a ragged black cape. His Kirigakure hitai-ate had a single horn on it.

The Brothers rush Tazuna, and then says, "One down, four to go!"

Sakura being the closest to Tazuna gets in front of the bridge builder, and get ready to fight with a kunai in hand. While Naruto unsheathes his tanto, and rushes Meizu, while Sasuke rushes Gōzu.

Once Naruto gets close, he Shunshins behind Meizu, and Slashes him. The blonde then makes a single Shadow Clone, who runs towards a tree, and then jumps off of it towards Meizu. Naruto's Shadow Clone gets ready to slash Meizu with his tanto, but Meizu blocks. So the Shadow Clone Shunshins behind Meizu, and slash Meizu's back once again. The real Naruto then knees Meizu in the chin, and Shunshins above him. Naruto then falls giving Meizu a huge slash down his vertebrae, and paralyzing the man.

Meanwhile, Sasuke first attacks Gōzu with a kick, which is immediately followed by a punch and another kick from the opposite leg. Gōzu can't block the s. With Sasuke, being upside down, he reaches for the bells. Only to get a finger to slide against it's surface, and for Gōzu to swat him away.

Sasuke then jumps in the air, and does a string of hand seals. Snake → Ram → Monkey → Boar → Horse → Tiger. He then yells, "Katon: Gōkakyū no Jutsu (Fire Release: Great Fireball Technique)!" Sasuke then bring his finger to his lips, and breaths out a huge fireball, about the size of Kakashi. When the fire dissipates, only a burnt log is seen.

Sasuke then turns around to Gōzu, ready to strike, only for a tip of a blade to poke out his chest where the heart is. This obviously kills Gōzu. As Gōzu falls to the ground, Sasuke sees Naruto let go of his tanto, and cover his mouth, ready to puke his guts out. Naruto then rushes to the bushes, and does exactly that.

Kakashi then appears in a Shunshin, and rubs Naruto's back. He says, "It's okay, Naruto-kun. You did it to protect a comrade. The first kills are always the hardest to get through, but you will. Trust me!"

Naruto replies, "Thanks, Kakashi-sensei, that helped!"

Kakashi says, "Now it's time to interrogate Meizu, and ask Tazuna some things!"

The Hatake then ties Meizu up to a tree. He asks, "So you wanna do this the easy way, or the hard way?"

Meizu answers, "Fuck... You..."

Kakashi says, "Well, the hard way, huh? You chose this, not me. So don't complain."

So after a brutal torture, Kakashi then turns to Tazuna, and asks, "So, why didn't you ask for a higher rank mission?"

Tazuna answers, "Do you guys know Gato. Well a couple years ago, he took over the Nami's Shipping Industries. In the underground markets, Gato deals in human trafficking, drugs, weapons, you name, and he has a hand in it. When Gato took the shipping over he made the country dirt poor. Not even the Daimyo has the money for anything over a C-Rank mission. That's why I'm building the Bridge. If I can finish the bridge, Nami's will prosper again, and we will be happy. My grandson will be happy, and Nami will believe in a hero once again."

Kakashi says, "I don't think my Genin are ready for this type of mission. It's now a high B-Rank mission, to a low A-Rank mission..."

Naruto interrupts, he says, "I help Tazuna-jiji! What about you, Sakura-chan, Teme?"

Sakura didn't know why, but she blushed when Naruto called her name. She thinks, "Maybe, I'm starting to like Naruto-kun... Wait, where did the "kun" come from? Well, he is strong, and protected Sasuke-kun." Sakura then says, "I'll help in anyway I can, Naruto-kun."

Sasuke, with a tone of agreeance, says, "Dobe."

Naruto replies, "See even Teme, and Sakura-chan will help you Tazuna-jiji. Sp what do you say, Kakashi-sensei?

Kakashi then says,"Your lucky that my Genin want to complete this mission, Tazuna-san, or you'd be left here. Let's go!"
