Arianna POV

Me, Mum and Greg got the bus to Londons family court. On the bus ride I was staering out of the window. Mum wasn't even trying to make me feel better. She was to busy making out with Greg right in front of me at the back if the bus. Maybe this move would be better than I thought.

We walk in and mum signs us in and a nice young lady showed us to the office where I was going to see my dad. She offered me a lollipop. I couldn't remember the last time I had a sweet. My mum never let me have some as they were to experience but her drug costed more than a cheap lollipop. I went to go get one they were red wrapped in perfect transparent paper showing the glistening red sphere. My mum pulled my hand out of bowl and placed them back on the long table. Greg gave me some death star which meant that in the evening I would getting a hitting. But not tonight I will be at my dads.

Maybe this change would be really good. I don't know my dad that well but I don't think he will do that.

Dad had entered in with his lawyer and what I can assume is his roommate and his roommates girlfriend. They sat on the other half of the table. The lawyers asked mum and dad to bring anyone who would be staying around the house/ flat alot such as roommates.

" Mr Olajide Olatunji and Mr Simon Minter do you want to take Miss Arianna Harrison to live with you for a month and then we will review what should happen after." The judge at the top of the table said. Both boys agree along with the girl even though her name was not mentioned.

"Do you Miss Melissa Harrison accept that you do not have any legal control of Miss Arianna Harrison for a month while she lives with Mr Olajide Olatunji and Mr Simon Minter." The judge says to my mum and she agrees with no hesitation.

Then a the same young lady who offered me a lolly showed me to soft play room. I have never seen these many toys before. I am eight years old and I only have a ripped, raggedy rabbit so having this big of options of toys to play with. I didn't know where to start.

After a couple of minutes an another nice lady said that my mum and Greg would be in soon to say a final goodbye.

But they didn't come.

JJ POV

Simon and Talia have been talking Ari staying around. They ethier have different options and are agreeing about what they should do or they are talking about the different ways they can still have relationship but also help me out with Ari. Simon walked in from this discussion with and they did seem mad or stressed.

"JJ. Me and Talia have agreed to help you with Ari. If your filming I will look after her and take her out of the house it will quiet." Simon said to start with and it started to feel me up with emotions.

" I'll help keep an eye on her at Sidemen shoots and when it does get to that time I will help you have the chat with her." Talia said which really helped me out as I had no idea how I was going to do the talk when it came to it.

"Thank you. Do guys do know how much this means to me." I say not trying to cry. I have only met her a couple times and I can't wait to get to know her even more.

We all go an uber to London family court. We walk in three and come out four. I sign us all in and we get shown to the room where Ari was sitting next to her mum on one of the wooden chairs. She was all skins and bones with hundreds of red, blue and purple marks. That guy sitting next to Mel look like he wanted to kill Ari or even me.

" Mr Olajide Olatunji and Mr Simon Minter do you want to take Miss Arianna Harrison to live with you for a month and then we will review what should happen after." The judge said to us and we both agreed. As Talia does not pay any rent and is not resident at are flat she was not needed for this but I wanted her to come so she felt involved.

The judge says to Mel and she agrees with no hesitation. Wow she must really hate Ari. This move seems to get better and better for her.

Ari had been taken to a soft play room as this next part is not the type of conversation that she should be involved in.

"Miss Melissa Harrison and Mr Greg Forester you both need to understand that Miss Arianna Harrison is being taken out if your custody as she has been physical abused and Neglected. She will never be allowed back in your custody unless you both attend these parenting classes." The judge said handing both lawyers peice of paper that we all needed to sign saying we are accepting the conditions the judge is setting out.

Everyone was signing the different pecies of paper. After we had finished signing Mel and Greg went to go have their last 5 minutes with Ari.

"Now they have left we can now discuss school and living conditions of Miss Arianna Harrison." The judge says which we had a ruff idea of what to do with schooling and where she will sleep.

"My client has a spare room where Miss Arianna Harrison can sleep on the sofa bed until they have time to get a real bed. For schooling my client would like to home school Miss Arianna Harrison as she has missed so much this way she can catch up at her own pace." My lawyer says to the judge who agrees with the terms so now it's a case of getting Ari to our home and introducing her to the guys especially Simon and Talia.
