Your last clear memory of your life before had been of you walking to the convenience store and bright lights shining in your face as soon as you'd tried to cross the street. Months later you'd woken up to find you were alive...but not as you'd been before. You were trapped in the body of a kitten. Your mind was still fairly your own, although you had a few new urges that made you cringe. Still, the most important thing was to get to your fiance. You find him a grieving mess, but he takes the little kitten in, thinking it a stray in need of care. There's not much you can do for him in this form, but you stay and love him to the best of your ability, trying to help him heal. There had to be some way to come back to him!
