Hearing helps you understand,
but understanding help you hear.
Can you hear me now?
Am I loud and clear?
Do I need a louder voice?
A harder choice
of words that I hoise
from deep inside?
Hear me better?
Listen harder?
Hear the words strung by a martyr?
Up a lampole, maybe you'll see the light.
Hang by a branch, maybe you'll be in flight.
