Keeping a Promise

*Daniel P.O.V*

"Yeah I like you..." that's all I kept hearing from her that she liked me back. I smiled. I could see Jonah about to tell me I better not hurt her again or else speech.

"I swear Daniel you end up hurting my little sister again I will end you. Got it? She doesn't deserve to be hurt." Jonah said to me. I knew the speech with don't hurt her. I nod.

"I won't hurt her Jonah." I said. I showed the love I had for her in my eyes as I looked at her and smiled. I could tell she just wanted to back to sleep.

"I'm just gonna take a nap and you two can talk because I'm tired still." A.J said. God I loving hearing her voice it's like a angel.

"Tossed and turned last night didn't you? Thinking about that flashback too?" Jonah asked. I saw her tense up I walk over to her and wrapped my arms around her, she relaxed in my arms and wrapped her arms around me I could feel her nod. I wonder how all this happened to someone like her. A.J is a sweet person how could this happen to her?

"Let's get you to your room and you can nap as your brother and I talk. Then I'll wake up when we are done." I said to her. I felt her nodding her head.

I took her upstairs to her room. She lays down on the bed and I tuck her in so she can stay warm. Soon as her head touches the pillow she falls asleep. I walk out of the room quietly and head back to Jonah so we can talk more about A.J.

"Listen Daniel she a good kid. I don't want her getting hurt anymore." Jonah said. I nodded she is a good kid.

"I know Jonah. I'm gonna do everything I can do to make her happy. I need her." I said. Just thinking of her makes me smile.

"Okay Daniel I trust you..." He said with a sigh. Jeez I'm not trusted.

"I promise I won't hurt her. I'm gonna go wake her up now." I said as I'm walking up the stairs. I open her door to see her sleeping so peacefully.

*A.J P.O.V*

I heard my door open I'm taking it as Daniel and Jonah are done talking. I just stay asleep so Daniel will go back downstairs.

"Wake up sleepy head." I heard Daniel say as he lightly shakes me. I groan. I just want to sleep. I wake up slightly.

"Noooo I just want to sleep." I said sleepily. I hear him chuckle at my answers.

"Come on Alison u been sleeping almost all day. Well actually it's just 11:30am so get up." He said as he looked at his phone to tell the time. Wait that's my phone!

"What are you doing with my phone!?"I asked.
