Y/n took in a deep breath as he held Hajime's hand tighter, causing the taller male to let out a scoff and chuckle fusion. 

"What's wrong? We've been on dates before, idiot." He stated taking the reserved seats that Y/n had booked. It was a lovely window seat where the light from the moon hit just right, everything was perfect, that, however wouldn't stop Y/n from panicking.  His mind was racing a hundred miles a second, sweat starting to form on his forehead. He was a mess. 

Y/n sat down only to be face to face with the person he would gladly die for. Hajime smiled at him, something he would only do when Y/n was around. Instantly Y/n melted, he became calm in an instant and knew at that very moment that this is where he belonged and that everything was going to be okay. He reached over the table grasping on Hajime's hand a soft smile falling on both their lips. 

The dinner was calm after that. They both sat and chatted about random things that came to mind. Y/n's mind and heart started to race again however. He had to do this and he had to do it now. Taking a deep breath Y/n reached into his pocket and pulling out the small metallic ring that had writing engraved on the sides, a medium sized diamond in the middle that was shaped like a water droplet. 

"Hajime," Y/n started as he held the ring tighter staring into his lovers eyes. "We've been together for a while now, how long has it been? three years?" Y/n had a soft expression on his face as he took Hajime's hand into his own once more. "I want to spend the rest of my days with you, damn that was cheesy." He chuckled then was suddenly cut off by a mouth meeting his own. The kiss was filled with love, like they didn't even need words to communicate, just each other.

"Yes," Iwaizumi softly whispered. "I would like to spend forever with your dumb ass, even if this isn't you proposing yet. My answer is yes." Hajime slowly pulled away watching as the ring was placed on his finger. 

"Oh shut up you love my ass!" Y/n commented his giggle filing their small booth.

"I love you"
