                                              Smiling in euphoria,
Never trying to let go of you.
Heart beating hard against my chest,
Your warm smile really is the best.
I constantly long for your embrace,
There's nothing that our love can't face.
Tell me that it's true,
Sweet little lies that make me blue.
Our roses were never red,
Our violets were never blue. 
Turns out the love I thought we had was never true.
I love how you were my euphoria, 
But now it's time to let go of you.
All this time I thought you were my happiness,
I know now that all you're going to do is cause me is pain and sadness.
So now I realize you were never my euphoria,
But I'll never regret loving you. 
You were never true, and for you? I refuse to be blue.
I am my own euphoria.
