Baka had recovered from the sea bumps.

He scoffed and said "Merpeople? Tut, pay no attention to this nautical nonsense."

The sailor named Shadi said as he held the fish to his face. "But it ain't nonsense, it's the truth. I'm tellin' you, down in the depth of the ocean they live."

the fish slipped out of his hand and went into the sea.
