This all looks good. I see no reason why being in the Black Bulls is necessarily a bad thing, though, so I don't think you need to include the "There's a reason for it" note. You did accidentally write Lyn2x in the nicknames section, but I corrected it for you! ^^

Personality

Merlyn at first glance seems like a smartass who belittles anyone who can't keep up with her, but deep down she is just very awkward and blunt that she tends to offend people/make them feel uncomfortable out of nervousness or intimidation because she says what she feels straight-forwardly. For example she meets this writer she's a fan of she'll likely blurt out something awkward such as "I can't sleep because of you." delivering that with a straight face. She's offbeat and unconventional tending to do things or say things that aren't generally done or said but despite all of this she is a good person, not just the type who showers you with hugs, compliments you, bring you gifts or avenges you without a second thought. She's likely gonna call you stupid for getting yourself killed in the first place instead of getting revenge for you tbh.

That's all pretty interesting. Admittedly, it reminds me a lot of Noelle, though. The blunt, tsundere aspects, at least.

Good Traits 

Personally, I find that having both a personality section and a Good Traits/Bad Traits section is unnecessary. After skimming through both sections, I find that some traits from the personality section are included here, but there are also a lot more traits mentioned. I suggest taking out one of the sections and keeping the one you like more. In this particular case, I get a better idea of your character when you list out traits than when you make one big personality paragraph. In the personality section I get a very Noelle feel of the character, whereas the traits section gives me a more original vibe.

Now, if you prefer having a personality paragraph over a traits section, make sure you include all the traits in the paragraph.
