What's up with him?

Uraraka's POV

I'm just sitting on my desk right now. The bell rang after a few minutes of me and Bakugou's talk. I could barely concentrate at all! I just kept thinking about what I should do. I mean, I've known him for 3 whole years and we barely got to chat or at least interact. What made the change? He seems... nicer to me now. It was ever since the day he came back to school. I sighed in frustration and lay my head on the desk. I don't feel like writing or listening right now. I thought I'd just end anything with Bakugou the moment I returned his blazer. That time was an emergency for me. What happened to make me interact with him more?

I lift my head and sat straight then glanced at Bakugou. He was taking notes and suddenly, the memory of a few moments ago came back. I blushed lightly as I covered my face. I couldn't help it! The way he was staring straight into my eyes as he moved his face closer, his nose closely touching mine, and the worst is the way he whispered. It was husky. His warm breath tickled my skin at the moment that my face just felt hot. I thought it was the heat of the sun at first, we were outside after all. Gah! I shook my head to make the thought go away and I just did my best to do it. Unsuccessful.

The bell rang signalling for dismissal. I quickly stood up and grabbed my bag then dashed out the door. I could hear some Momo calling out to me, probably for the afternoon walk or something, but I can't think with people around. Especially if he's around. I didn't notice that I was in front of my door now. How fast was I walking? Or was I running? Anyhow, who cares right now. I entered my dorm and plopped on my bed as I dropped my bag on the floor. This is so frustrating! I roll around for a bit until I layed on my stomach. This is a lot on my mind compared to the stressful activities.

The sound of knocking was heard on my door and I stared at it for a while. "Uraraka? You there?" it was Mina's voice. "Uraraka, are you okay?" Mmo speaks next. I sighed in relief it wasn't him at all. I got up and headed to the door and opened it. "Oh hey gals, sorry if I suddenly ran off like that," I apologize to them. "It's okay, but why did you though?" Jirou states. "We were concerned," Asui adds. I nervously scratch the back of my head and laughed nervously. "I was in a rush to pee. Well, what are you gals doing here?" I asked. "Wanna come on the walk with us? Or you wanna stay here for now?" Mina asks and I smiled. "Sure, we planned it after all," I answer. I went back in and grabbed my small sling bag with my phone, keys and money. I locked my door and we all headed out of the campus.

We went pass many stores in the way to the mall. It's where we usually go hang out. Momo's treating us all the time, even though we keep telling her we could pay for our own. She just smiles genuinely and still pays the things before any of us could grab our purses. Momo's always generous. "Gals, you wanna go eat something? I'm hungry," Mina asks us and we all nodded as we said our own words of agreement. The six of us went to a nearby foodcourt and sat on a table that had exactly six chairs. There were a lot of people so the place might have some good food. "What do you want? I'll go order them with Jirou," Momo asks with her pen and paper ready. Where'd she get them? She made them lol.

"I'll get two hamburgers with a pack of fries and a bottle of iced tea," Mina said first. "I'll want a salad and water," Asui spoke. "I want a piece of chocolate cake and a burger with it, plus a bottle of coke," Toru replied. "I'll have a taco and some nachos with cheese. Plus water," I answered. "Alright, Momo and I will make our choices there at the counter," Jirou says. "Hold on, let us get our money-" all four of us said in unison when Momo just ran off in hyper speed while dragging Jirou. We just sweatdropped but felt like crying at the same time. She always does this but we ain't gonna give up easily. It's too late though, they're in line now. "Momo is so generous," Mina says while wiping a tear. "Yeah, I bet the guy who'll be her boyfriend will be lucky," Toru stated. "What do you mean?" Asui asks. "She's got the looks, the great character and money," Toru answered. "Oooohhhh, you mean Todoroki?" Mina asks while smirking. "What? Why Todoroki?" I ask. I mean, I only felt surprised a little.I did notice something between those two the past 3 years but never really thought of it.

"Hah? Don't you guys notice? Honestly, even mentioning his name when Momo's around gets her flushed. Or alert to hear about him," Mina replied. "There was that one time when I teased her by complimenting him like "he's so hot" or "I think I like him". She just seemed a bit jealous? Haha," Mina continued. We sweatdropped at that. Though Momo isn't the type to get angry that easily so. "Heeeh? Then what about you Mina?" Asui asks. We turn our heads to Asui and stare at her. "What about me?" Mina asks. "You know, what's up with you and Kirishima now?" Asui asks. Mina blushed pink and she looked down. "We're as fine as always, I mean, he keeps showering me with love," Mina replied as she did her best to hide her blush. Ha, we've seen it anyway. "Sure, oof, we're talking about boys now," I stated. "Yeah, we should be doing these things during sleepovers," Toru stated. I just laughed along with them. "Guys! Help," Momo shouted lowly at us and we turned out heads. Their hands were full of bags and trays carrying our food. We all got up and grabbed them then set them kn the table. "What were you guys doing?" Jirou asks. "Talking about boys," Mina bluntly answered. "Lol, then which guys?" Momo asks as she sips her tea. "How about.......Todoroki?" Mina saud with a smug smile on her face. Momo spits out her tea on the side of the seat since she was on the edge. Gladly, there was a big potted plant there. Oof.

"W-what about him?" Momo asks with a slight blush. Really? "Nothing, just saying that he's a great and lucky guy," Mina answered while giggling. "Why?" Momo asks. "Because there's a perfect girl for him," I answered, following Mina's actions. "Who?" Momo asks, her voice sounded alert. "You of course," Asui replied. Momo just stayed silent as she blushed. We all laughed then proceeded to eating our food. "Oh yeah, did you gals hear about the new opening restaurant?" Momo stated in order to change the topic. Though, it seems that we should move on either way. "Oh you mean the Good Stuff restaurant? I do, it's opening tomorrow isn't it?" Mina asks. "Yeah, I'm actually excited, my mom and dad said they wanna go try it with me, either way they wanted to go check it out too," Momo replied.

"Ha, good for you," Toru states. I just stayed silent, thinking about it. Does he still mean it though? I mean, he looked serious. I just can't make up my mind because I really wanted to go with Deku. I sighed and drank my water. "Hey Uraraka?" Asui asks. I loom up to see them staring at me. "What?" I asked. "You've been silent the whole time lately, you're acting weird," Mina says. I laugh nervously. "It's nothing, I'm fine really," I state.

Ha! Like hell I am! "Oh okay, if you say so," Momo says. "Oh yeah, I remembered, Uraraka what did Deku say?" Mina added with gleaming eyes. "Wha?" I asked. I forgot I told Mina, way to worsen this situation. "Uh, it went well. He said he'll take me there," I answer. "Ooohhhh, I'll see you around there tomorrow then Uraraka," Momo says with a smile. I smile nervously and we went on with the food and a different topic. I'm just glad that topic didn't last long. Heh, when I said "he's take me there", I didn't mean it. Besides, even if I was there, it wouldn't be with him.
