"i texted you letting you know" asia replied to zion who was very noticeably mad.
"that was like seven hours ago, it's 3 am!" zion yelled.
"here take my car back to yours, we will meet up tomorrow for breakfast" asia smiled at nick who took the keys thankfully to get out of the awkward situation unfolding. asia waited until nick closed the front door behind him to face zion.
"you could've texted me" asia replied calmly walking to the kitchen and throwing her empty cup away.
"you can't just like be doin this shit asia. you had me up all night"
"you act like you don't stroll in at five am some times and i never said anything besides 'did you have a good time?' asia replied calmly again, she wasn't one for arguing.
"your not fucking getting it" zion said frustrated and walked up stairs towards their bedroom. asia followed silently just wanted to go to bed after an exhausting day. zion silently went to his side of the bed pulling off the pillows and prepping the blankets while asia stood on the other side taking off her shoes and jewelry.
"what am i not getting zion" asia finally broke the silence.
"you were out all day and you had me worried sick, you can't be doing that if your pregnant!" zion raised his voice.
"i'm not pregnant zion!" asia raised her voice. she thought back to the pregnancy tests that were in her bag from when she bought them at target but pushed that aside.
"YOUR NOT PREGNANT OR YOU DONT WANT TO BE"
"now your just twisting my words!" asia yelled at him.
"man what ever" zion shook his head closing the bathroom door and locking it. asia stood at the side of her bed shocked from two things, what he just said. and the fact that it was their first big argument in there whole relationship. asia walked over to the bathroom and knocked on the door.
"i need to brush my teeth" the doors lock popped and she opened it to see zion standing at his sink brushing his teeth. asia stood at her sink pulling her hair back and beginning her skin care. what asia loved about her skin care routine was zion followed along with it.
"you going to do a mask with me tonight?" asia asked as she held her over night hydrating mask in her hand. zion just shook his head no and walked out of the bathroom and got into bed, facing away from asia.
the next morning
asia woke up to an empty bed. she furrowed her eyebrows confused considering it was eight o'clock in the morning, way earlier than zion usually gets up. she slid on a pair of socks and walked down stairs with her phone in hand to see if zion was downstairs. but he wasn't the house was empty. asia walked back to the kitchen to see a not on the counter.

asia picked up the note and sighed to herself. she didn't even understand why zion was mad never the less practically running away from her now. she knew where he would be to get breakfast, and the only way to figure out what was going on inside his mind was to find him.
zion sat in a booth at his favorite cafe. he sipped on his cookies and cream protein shake while scrolling through his phone. he missed asia he really did but something in him was so angry and that fact that, that- he couldn't even figure it out for himself. the bell of the cafe door opened and a lady walked in. zion didn't pay much attention at all, in fact didn't even move his eyes from his phone.
"you want to talk now?" asia slid into the sleek white booth across from zion scaring him. he began to get up when asia grabbed my arm stopping him.
"sit" asia instructed did "tell me why your mad" asia demanded. zion looked at asia with a blank look in his eyes and finally shifted his weight back in his seat making him comfortable.
"i don't know why i'm mad, maybe it's the fact that i was worried about you, or that your not actually pregnant" zion sighed.
i took a handful of my dreads and rested my elbows on the table. asia didn't say anything. her small hand reached for my arm and took my left hand from my head and entangled our fingers.
"i'm sorry for coming back so late, i honestly thought it was only one. and i do want to be pregnant so bad, but we both know right now isn't the right time" asia rubbed zions hand with her thumb.
"im sorry for being a dick" zion met asias eyes.
"it's ok" asia smiled at him making the two laugh to themselves "but i'm still butt hurt that you didn't want to do skin care last night" asia let go of zions hand and crossed her arms.
"mann, so am i" zion shook his head disappointed in himself.
"let's go do it now" asia scrunched her nose and pulled zion out of the booth. they both headed to their cars and met back at their house, that still needed to be unpacked.
at the house
zion and asia went into their master bath and began their skin care. asia forced zion to stand in between her legs because the lighting was better if her back as to the mirror.
"you know i don't like that thing" zion said motioning to the micro needle roller asia loved.
"stop being a baby" asia replied. she put on a thin layer of serum on zions skin and began using the roller.
"ow, ow, ow, ow" zion said every roll.
"i'm done. now it's your favorite part" asia said holding up the face mist that zion loved to waste.
"finally" zion joked and closed his eyes waiting for asia to spray it. asia sprayed it evenly over his skin making him glow.
"your cute" asia smiled at zion wrapping her legs around his back.
"i know" zion leaned in kissing asia.
"not as cute as me tho" asia said in between their lips interrupting their kiss.
"nice one" zion laughed to him self wrapping his arms around asia holding her tightly "but you right"
