The Evil Within Us (Villain!Deku)

The Evil Within Us

     The light flickers on to reveal a shadow of a figure. Across from the figure sits Bakugou, bound tightly in a wooden chair. The figure walks forward slowly and shows his identity.

     Deku.

     "Hello Kacchan," Deku says with a smile and his hands behind his back, "Long time no see!"

     "... Deku?" Bakugou says, still waking up from the tranquilization.

     Bakugou realizes he's tied up and struggles for a couple seconds. He tries to use his quirk to free himself, but to no avail. Something is preventing him from using it. Or someone... 

     "What are you doing? Why are you doing this?!" Bakugou growls.

     "Isn't it obvious, my dear Kacchan?" Deku shrugs and smiles.

     The villain walks closer to the captured hero and bends over so that they're face-to-face.

     "I'm making you pay for what you did to me." Deku says, smiling even wider.

     Bakugou's eyes go wide.

     "What?" He asks, a hint of fear in his voice.

     Deku abruptly stands up straight.

     "You heard me." He says. He begins to circle around the chair.

     "Remember back when we were kids?" Deku continues, "You called me a 'quirkless loser'."

     Bakugou cuts him off.

     "That was when we were kids! It was just a little harmless bullying!" says Bakugou desperately.

     Deku slams his fists into Bakugou's wrists, which were tied to the armrests of the chair.

     "YOU TOLD ME TO TAKE A F*CKING SWAN DIVE OFF OF THE ROOF!! YOU CALL THAT HARMLESS?!" Deku screams into Bakugou's face, his words echoing off of the empty concrete walls.

     Deku sits up straight again and straightens his tie.

     "Sorry. I lost my composure."

     Bakugou tries to use his quirk again, but fails.

     "What are you doing to me? Why can't I...?" Bakugou says while struggling against the restraints.

     "Oh, hah hah, your quirk? It's been erased permanently." Deku says casually.

     Bakugou's eyes widen in terror.

     "Akane!" Deku calls out, "Come here please!"

     Out of the shadows came a beautiful woman with flowing, bright red hair. She was wearing a black skin suit with red leather straps criss-crossing her chest and wrapping around her waist and legs. She had a pointed chin, round cheeks, and blood red lips. But the feature that stood out most about her was her bright, hypnotic red eyes. They were so bright they almost glowed.

     Then Bakugou noticed a metal collar around her neck. attached to it was a long metal chain leading somewhere into the darkness.

     "Akane, darling, explain to this poor, ignorant boy," says Deku, clasping his hands together.

     The woman, named Akane apparently, walks toward Bakugou, her hair flowing and her chain clattering behind her. She places her hands on Bakugou's arms.

     "My, my, aren't you a handsome fellow? Even more so that I see you up close..."

     Akane begins to trace her fingers up Bakugou's arms which was put to an abrupt stop by a quick yank on her chain. Deku, holding the chain, clears his throat.
