"Get up, lazyass."
Lexi rolled unconsciously on her bed as Carol call out for her from the kitchen. Against her will, Lexi get up. She knew if she doesn't, Carol will eventually wake her up with her extreme methods including throwing water on her, throw her on the floor and many other tortures.
Lexi dragged her feet on the floor helplessly as she made her way to bathroom. With half closed eyes, she brushed her teeth. She curved her hand near her mouth and breathe just to check if it still stinks or not.
She didn't even bother to splash some water on her face. With those swallowed eyes, she went for the kitchen and curiously watch Carol making pancakes.
"Rough night?" Carol asked.
"Kind of." Lexi replied as she rubbed her eyes probably to open them wider to get a better vision.
"That dream, again?" Lexi nodded. She noticed Carol was still in workout clothes and smiling softly while making pancakes.
"With whom?" Lexi rolled her eyes.
"What?" Carol chuckled slightly but instead of being confused she knew what Lexi was asking.
"That look. 'I have sex last night look.' With whom?" Lexi poured nearly all of the apple syrup on the pancakes with some orange juice.
"Well, Sebastian." Lexi spit out the juice. She was surprised that she finally managed to get her crush after all these hard working years of scrolling his instagram.
"Whoa. I don't know what to say." Carol observed Lexi acting weirdly different. She cracked up the sealed lid of orange juice with teeth and put the bottle to her mouth.
"And I got a surprise." Lexi was in hibernating mood and wanted to sleep without being disturbed and well, a surprise wasn't much of a delight.
"Yayyy." Carol recognize that sarcastic tone.
"We are going on vacation." Lexi flashed a gritted teeth smile which disappears after one second. Lexi focused more on her 5 pancakes instead of that shitty vacation.
"With Sebastian?"
"With Sebastian!" Arggghhhh.
"I don't like you anymore." Lexi got day to herself and vacations wasn't really her thing. She would rather all day on the sofa lazily and enjoy the comfy sleep even on couch.
"Bitch, get a life. You should really start eating a lot. Getting skinny day by day. It's like your skeleton is going to jump out from the body."
"Anything else, mom?"
"Yes, lovely child. When mommy says we are going on vacation then we ARE going." Lexi didn't reciprocate because she has already perceive that it was completely fruitless. You would say every utter crap but can't find a replacement for her plans.

The ride was hella boring as Lexi had to sit in the passenger seat and watch Sebastian and Carol awkward flirting but they enjoyed it anyways. Jeez, shit.
"We are here, baby." If he says baby one more time, I swear I will freaking kill him right away.
"Good. Lexi, you okay there? You aren't talking much." Carol look concerned.
"I am fine, baby." Lexi whispered the baby sarcasm part but loud enough for Carol to hear.
Lexi was having a headache after listening to Seb for hours which according to Lexi was years. She doesn't understand why Carol is even dating him. Lexi jumped out from the car. She covered half eyes because the sun was shining so bright.
"Nice house." Lexi commented.
"Let's get inside. I'll show you rooms. Must be tired." Yeah, after listening to your bullshit for hours. Hell, I am.
Carol picked up her and Lexi's bags but Seb was nice enough to help her. "Give me those." He lift up all the bags as Carol give him a nice teethful smile.
Old couple shit. He just lift those to show his strength to Carol. That lunatic. Wft, Lexi. Why am I so jealous of him? Forget it. Guess what? Bestie Goals! He is not a great guy anyways considering his dating history full of girls. I have heard that he cheated on his last ex girlfriend. You are being judgmental, Lexi. Lexi reminded herself.
Lexi let out a growl as she watched them holding hands and continue smiling. Hy, what's the deal with smiling? Don't need to show off. She didn't think it was wrong. They are a couple and they do stuff but hate it when she is third wheeling. Do it in private, call her baby, bang her but please not in front of me.
The house was big as Lexi admire it all along. Seb wander them through so many hallways and portrait of unknown people. God, it seems like a haunted house but luckily the doors don't make noises. After ten minutes of continued struggling, Seb showed Carol the room.
"Where's your room?" Carol asked. Seb just stand still and ran a quick fingers through his hair. He is staying with you in this room.
"Common sense, bitch." Lexi said as she leaned up a little over Carol. Carol stare at Lexi with angry eyes but smile to Seb. Expression bipolar. "Where am I staying?" Lexi chew the gum louder.
"Two left and one right." Lexi take up her bags from Seb and throw Carol 'you will regret it" look before disappearing off the hallway.
"Lunch will be ready in 30 minutes." Seb shouted so that Lexi's lazyass can hear it. All I need is good sleep but you people aren't letting it happen.
"Got it." Maybe Seb isn't so bad huh?
Lexi attached the gum to the wall as she took another left. Can't find a better place. She shifted the bag from one hand to another. Damn, that shit is heavy. Good work, Seb.
She find David in the hallway. She was surprisingly shocked as David pass a smile. It was such a pleasure to see him after that incident of his father's death.
"I didn't know you were coming!"
"I didn't want to but Jenson forced so, here I am." Lexi let go of the bag and wrapped her arms around him so tight as David grunted a little.
