"I don't think I will pass human anatomy according to my grades." Lexi repented for not paying attention to the class.
"I know someone who can help you with this." Carol glimed a thousand walt smile which made Lexi choked.
"No! No! No!"
"Come on. He is great in human anatomy and other things too." Carol teased her just to get her annoyed and loved her annoying reaction with frustration look.
"You know David can help me out." Carol groan in disgust which was a clear reminder that David passed Human Anatomy so difficultly. Lexi's mind wander how has David been behaving differently ever since.
"You can teach me?" Carol was a senior and wasn't proud of her establishment in Human Anatomy.
"You want to pass or not?" Carol's straight up question makes Lexi put some sense into stuff as she lightly nodded. Carol brighten up like a light bulb.
"Great, I will talk to him." Carol said. Considering Tyler is doing business marketing and managment with a double minor in human anatomy and psychology, he will be a good tutor.
"I can talk to him by myself." Then Lexi wasn't so confident by her statement as she put a finger on her chin to give it some thought.
"Nah, you will talk to him." Carol rolled her eyes over her head and without thinking what trouble it could cause the words slip through her mouth.
"Coward. Why are you so afraid to face him?" Even though, she was her best friend but unlike other girls who open up to nearly everyone, Lexi like to keep things to herself.
"It's nothing. Have you heard from David?" Carol left Lexi changing the subject but she was going crazy over her BFF not talking to her cousin.
"You gotta tell me or otherwise you are not getting candybars for two weeks." Carol's tone felt threating as Lexi pressed a hand to her heart.
"No candybars?" it felt like half life was taken out of Lexi's body. How am I gonna live without candybars? You gotta be kidding me.
"It's nothing, we just hate each other." Lexi's answer wasn't convincing enough to Carol but it was truth. There wasn't a logical reason to hate him.
"Liar! You freaking liar." Lexi sighs.
"It's the truth. I swear." After 20 minutes of fighting, Carol shut her mouth even though she knew there was a reason but she didn't want to get beaten up by her.
"Nina's getting married." Carol informs. Nina was one of their best friends and Lexi's reaction to her marriage was normal by observing how she believes that there is one for you. Only one.
"I don't understand why she is marrying so young? She got a whole life ahead of her." Carol said. Instead of being judgmental, Lexi support her. It's Nina's choice, right?
"Maybe Wesley is the one for her?" Lexi said even though she, herself, wasn't a believer of the "one" thing.
"She invited us. Two week from now is her wedding. She has been planning it since she was born so, I hope it's going to be great." Lexi nodded, agreeing with Carol.
"And she says that one of us can be maid of honor!!!!!!!!!" Carol screamed and Lexi's hands quickly rushed to covered her ear from getting brust.
"I am maid of honor." It wasn't like Carol was asking, she was telling Lexi that she is maid of honor and she gotta deal with it.
"Okay, okay." Carol was on the door of heaven as she danced around joyfully, on the top of the furniture and shake her booty.
After she did a dance of joy, she started to worried about her dress which she hasn't pick yet. "Oh another thing, the wedding is in Mexico."
"Mexico? Why?" Lexi asked.
"Ahh, you know "my mom married in Mexico and I want to follow her steps" thing?" Carol mocked as Lexi realised that her BFF is a bitch.
"Yeah, it's boring." Lexi admits. Didn't know what Carol was thinking but suddenly she speaks about David.
"Things good between David and you?" she sounded concerned. Lexi tried to hide it but it was too late as she opens up to her.
"He hasn't been talking to me. I don't know what I did wrong." Lexi look away and put a hand on her forehead.
"His father passed away and he is dealing with the shock. Give him some time. He will be back to himself." Carol patted her back.
"Yeah, you are probably right." But something wasn't right and Lexi can feel it inside.
"Let's go shopping." Lexi rolled her eyes. Shopping? She hates shopping. She was the kind of person that would go to the mall and buy the first thing her eyes landed on but there Carol was. Picky.
"You know-" Carol cut her off because she already knew it was going to be an awful excuse that she has some kind of illness and stuff.
"Come on." she begged like a little child asking for the best toy on the shop. Lexi wasn't able to ignore her puppy eyes.
