Gabrielle POV

I really need to pee but I don't want to get up.

Ughh fine in the bathroom I go.

I got up from under the cover and walked lazily to the bathroom, did my business and washed my hands.

I couldn't sleep anymore so I grabbed my phone and was on my way to the leaving room when I heard mum and dad having a heated conversation.

I sneaked up to dad's door and listen, I was really curious to know what they were talking about. Because for the past few months dad has been a little violent with me and my mother. My dad had never laid his finger on us before except now that he continously did it.

" -rina you know that I would never hate her even though she's not my biological daughter!", my dad said.

I was shocked so he is not my father but my step father and who really is my father?, why didn't mum tell me anything about this.

"You aren't showing her any love!", mum yelled at him.

"Then why did you kill my unborn child?", he chuckled darkly.

"You think I had never find out?".

"WHY?", my dad shouted next thing I heard was glass shattering.

"Daniel stop please,  you and I both know it was an arranged marriage our paren-"

"FUCK THAT CARINA!!, even though our parent arranged our marriage I have always loved you!", dad voice boom.

I flinched at dad's tone and my back hit the glass vase and it broke.

I only had two option
1: Run for it
2: Face them

I will take option one, so I ran quickly into my room and locked my door with key.

I ran to the balcony in my room and broke down.

My sobs filled the entire place.

"Gabi?", I heard Lexy called out softly. When she did not hear me respond she rushed to me and wrapped her hands around me.

My head leaning on her shoulder.

"My God Elle you are scaring me, what's wrong?", she asked patting my back lightly.

She sat in utter shock as I told her everything. "This can not be happening, look Gabi it's okay am here for you okay", she kissed my forehead.

With that darkness consumed us.

In the morning

We got up getting ready for school, during breakfast mum tried to talk to me but I gave her short answers when we were done eating Alexis and I left immediately before she could say anything.

"Gabrielle....Alexis, come let me drop you guys", my not so father said not leaving any room for argument.

Lexis and I filled him silently to his black BMW.

The drive to school was awfully quiet Alexis and I sat in the back sit staring out the window. When we arrived at the at the parking lot of our school dad spoke as soon as Alexis was outside.
