The Superstar's Autograph
_Chapter Three

The backstage was well lit. The whole place was like a gigantic spaceship made of thick walls. We advanced to the wide hallway that directed to several doors with labels on them such as 'costume designers', 'stage and production managers', 'technical directors', 'make-up artists', 'backup dancers' and many more and also, there were myriads of straightened and tangled wires on the sides of the technical section, mixing consoles, gigantic amplifiers, and PA system.

Loads of tall bars of steel that were assembled as pillars to support the whole area behind the actual stage and bunch of big black boxes with small wheels that I know were containers of lights and other production equipment's that helped this event to be successful. The staging was designed for easily set-up and take-down, prioritizing the fact that the tour of whoever this prick was only scheduled for three days.

"My name is Dara, Yibo's noona in the entertainment company. What's yours?" The lady asked me as she stopped outside of the door that has a tag with words written across it, 'WY - Do Not Disturb'

"I am Xiao Zhan." I replied with a bow.

She smiled genuinely, she gave off sweet and caring vibe of an older sister, "You're too cute to be someone's fanboy, you sure you're in the right path?"

Cute? Me? Maybe.

I wanted to laugh at that but I keep a straight face, "Yes. On the right path."

"All right, if you say so, hmmm... why are you holding that?" Dara eyed the bra in my hand as if she was unearthing everything beneath me and to make me confess what she already knew.

I hastily hid my arms with the material in my back and pretend I didn't her say anything.

"Don't lie to me, tell me the truth," she said eager to know my side of the story.

I ruffled my hair with my free hand, "My girlfriend will dump me if I can't get the autograph of her idol on her br-...," I didn't finish what the word was instead showed her the piece of clothing my lover threatened me to bring to the other side of the platform.

One of her seamlessly trimmed eyebrow rose up, "Oh really? Don't you think your relationship with her delineate the word toxicity, why don't you leave her and continue with your life? If you ask me it's better for you stay single than to be with that kind of girl."

That caught me off guard.

People with their severe remarks.

"I didn't ask you so I love my girlfriend and that will stay for eternity,"

You don't understand, no one did. That declaration of "I love my girlfriend" is more than just a sentence, it won't be perished both in my mind and heart because I know my existence would be useless if I can live here on earth without her. I don't want to lose what I live for.

Stuck-up society don't want to see us together? Then ignore us! We're humans too, hate us but respect us, without each other we're barely breathing and Zoey's my oxygen. She is the only one in my world that's worth fighting for and I won't let anybody hold me down!

"Your girlfriend deserves you, I guess." She muttered; a tiny apologetic smile crossed her face.
I wondered if she really meant it, I don't expect her to, "Can we go and meet this so-called 'Yibo'? Where's his dressing room?" I don't give a crap if I sounded impolite, hell I am furious just by thinking about this imprudence situation I am in.

"You're here now," she informed me and banged the door open. I felt like I am an intruder with this woman.

A half-naked guy with black pants who was playing on his phone directed his line of sight to us, "Why are you here, noona?" he stood up from sitting on a yellow beanbag and wrapped a white towel around his neck. He seemed to be taller up close and has well-developed abdomen muscles in not cringe sort of way.
