Who we are

All available avengers team meeting. Now.

Tony sipped his coffee as he walked into the common room.
"I think Fury needs a vacation." he stated, heading towards the kitchen to refill his cup.

"Thanks for the recommedation Stark, i'll file it under never going to happen." A voice spoke from behind him. The genius spun around to face the voice with a now full cup of coffee. Fury was glaring at him unhappily.

"Well if it isn't my favorite one-eyed pirate. To what do I owe the pleasure?" Tony asked dramatically. He walked around the stoic man to sit on the couch, As he sat down he noted that all the avengers that were in the tower were present. Wanda and vision were sharing a love seat while bruce, sam, pietro, and, oddly enough, pepper sat on the sofa. Steve and bucky were on a secret mission same with natasha and clint. Peter was in school for another two hours. Thor and Loki had gone to visit their mother in asgard. Tony sat down in the beanbag chair to the left of the couch.

"Now that your all here we can begin the meeting." Fury huffed turning to the blank tv screen in the front of the room.
"Friday can you pull up the files I sent you." He asked the AI.

"Of course director." She replied. On the blank screen four images appeared. The first was of a young boy no older than 16. He has dark skin and white hair. He seemed to be trying to hide from the camera. The second was of another boy who looked just like the boy from the first picture, except his hair was longer. He was smiling and posing for the photo. The next one was of a girl. She seemed to be older than the other two kids but still a teenager. She was similar in appearance and had her long hair up in a high ponytail. The last one was of another girl who appeared to be younger than all of the previous teens. She had orangish-red eyes similar to the first girl and the shy demeanor of the first boy. Fury turned back to the curious avengers.

"These are the fushizen siblings. S.H.I.E.L.D has been keeping an eye on them and have gotten word of hydra activity near there area." He began.

"Wait. Why is S.H.I.E.L.D watching a couple of kids." Sam questioned confused. They looked like normal teens to him.

"Before she passed, their mother was on the index. After she died we found out she had been keeping her children safe and hidden in secret. We've been watching them per her request."

"Whats the 'index'?" Wanda asked.

"Thats classified." Fury stated turning back to the screen. "Their position has been compromised and with hydra searching for them we have to move them to a new location." He finished.

"Why does hydra want them? Why are they so special?" Tony questioned from his position on the floor.

"Their mother was a hydra experiment subject. She was the only successful one at the time. During one of her testing sessions she managed to escape using her powers. Hydra has been searching for her since. They still have no idea that she is dead."

"Okay so what do we do about these 'fushizen' siblings?" The billionare asked.

"I need the Avengers to go to the their location and escort them back here, to the tower." He grumbled.

"Are these kids really that important."

"Whether they are important or not doensn't matter. All that matters is that I made a promise and I intend to keep it." Fury stated walking out of the room,"suit up you leave in 10."

"Okay guys the plane is landing in 20. Be ready to depart." Clint informed the rest of Avengers walking out of the cockpit.

"You and Natasha have great timing but you know you just got back from an overseas mission. You don't have to go on another one. Even super spies need their nap time." Tony teased.

"Say that to Nat's face tin can. I dare you."

"Do you hate me so much that you wish that kind of torture upon me. Bruce can you believe this."

"Yes."

"Boys," Natasha scolded as she joined the rest of her team,"everybody strap in we are almost there."

"I still can't believe that we are in Japan." Wanda gushed excitely.

"Me neither. I wished fury had told us where we were going." The unhappy billionare grumbled.

"At least you can speak japanese." Sam sighed.

"Everyone be quiet we are landing."

"Where are we suppose to go again." Pietro asked looking around.

"Fury said they live in an apartment near the Fushimi Inari-taisha shrine. If we go there I have the rest of the directions." Bruce told them. The usually nervous scientist seemed very content to be in japan.

"Okay so which way?"

"uhhh...."

"I'll ask." Natasha sighed. She turned to the first person she saw.

"Sumimasen, fushimiinaritaisha ga doko ni aru ka shitte imasu ka?" (Excuse me, do you know where the Fushimi Inari-taisha shrine is?) She politely asked the man.

"Ā,-sōdesu, anata wa sono tō ni tsuku made hidari ni magarimasu. Soko kara miru koto ga dekiru hazudesu." (Oh yes, just go down this street until you get to that tower then make a left. You should be able to see it from there.) The man replied blushing slightly.

"Ā, arigatō." (Ah, thank you.) 

He bowed his head slightly than scrambled off in the direction he was going earlier. The red headed spy turned and strutted back over to her team. When she rejoined them she got a round of applause and some wolf whistles. She bowed jokingly.

"Okay. Okay. Now, lets go find these kids." She replied laughing. Once she translated what the man had told her the group set off to their destination.

"What if the kids don't even know about all this. S.H.E.I.L.D does tend to be overly secretive." Vision asked the rest of the group.

"Well I guess the only thing to do then is convince them that what we say is the truth and to trust us. Now lets go protect those kids."
