I'm doing a patrol on the A1 and all of a sudden a car in front of me loses control and smashes into the barriers on the hard shoulder so I went to assist and radioed for WYPD WYFD WYAS and WYAA I closed of the hard shoulder because of the crash my red and blue lights were on (Red lights on Police car mean there has been an RTC *Road Traffic Collision* or a crash it also shows that a certain road has been closed) after 10 minutes the other services got here whilst I had the road blocked I let them in to help out with the situation I was questioned by the police I was thanked for helping we got the patients onto the Air Ambulance the police checked the car for insurance and it turns out they didn't have any insurance so once they got to the hospital they told the victim of the crash that he didn't have any insurance and said they would seize his car once it is fixed and that it costs £10,456
