after luke had finished showing ariel where all the animals were, they both sat down on a bench. it was lunch time, which luke spent with the dogs. he didn't eat a lot, even if he was hungry.
"tell me, what's wrong boy?"ariel's gentle voice interrupted the silence.
"w-what?" luke stuttered.
"c'mon, don't act like that. i know a sad person when i see one. now tell me,what's on your mind?" she crossed her arms.
"im not sad,"luke muttered. he knew that he was lying, to himself and to her.
"you can't trick me. you can try, but you surely cannot. just look at yourself! that frown has not left your face since ive met you."
luke huffed. "im fine, okay?"
"tell me the truth." ariel looked him right in the eye.
"fine, you want to know? im not fine at all. not at all. i never will be fine. why do you care anyways, huh? i just met you an hour ago."luke spilled. he was getting annoyed with this girl, but for some reason, he liked it so much.
"how about we get some coffee?"
"seriously?"
"shut up. let's go," ariel grabbed his arm.
