Chapter 3

"Deene are you ready?" Lai asked as she was dressed up in a pink and white flower dress while leaning on the wall by his room door. "Of course Lai" Deene answer as he comes waiting from his room wearing jeans with a nice clean blue dress shirt and good brown shoes. Lai stands up straight when he reaches to the top then she fixes his shirt neckband and his hair a bit "There" she announced as she steps back to take a good look at him. Deene glowed and puffy up his chest a bit but the sound of heels clicking downstairs made it fled quickly as Mrs. Wormhole came around the corner from the stairs. "My my oh my Lai you did a wonderful job on clean up this little filth," Mrs. Wormhole acknowledged "Of course, I can clean Deenie up mom," Lai asserted as her mother glared at Deene's clothing for anything that would be unfitting to her taste. Mrs.Wormhole nods a bit and twirls around "Alright, we need to leave now because I don't want to be late to the celebration" she announced as walks out the door while Lai rubs Deene's back for comfort when her Mother's back was turned. Then They followed after Lai's Mother to the car and Deene quickly walks to open Driver's door for Lai's Mother "good boy" Lai's mother enlightened as she pats his cheek while getting in the car then Deene close the door. Deene does the same for Lai while Lai reply with a "thank you" and smile which he reacts with a smile then he takes off to the passager door and gets in.  Mrs. Wormhole pulls off the driveway and drives towards their celebration "oh! I forgot to tell you, sweetie, that your brothers and father are already there" She giggled "Of course mother" Lai reply. Deene looks down at his hand and rubs thumbs in a circular manner Lai's mother noticed this "just do what I instruct you to do then you'll be fine as a good little boy" She explained "yes ma'am" Deene accepted. As they arrive at the celebration Deene gets out first then opens and closes Both Lai's and her mother's doors as a servant walk down the steps from the front to Ms. Wormhole. She gives her car keys to him then walks next to Deene as Lai stands next to his left. "Remember Deene just do what i tell you and you'll be fine," Ms. Wormhole said "yes ma'am" Deene reply then Deene loop both his arm to Lai's and her mother's arm and escort them to the hall's door where two butlers stand beside them. The two butlers open the doors to the dance where many physiques we're promenading together in couples. Deene's eyes widened at how bright and beautiful the colors of the halls of the room were. For a while, Deene was flowing through the halls until a sharp pain lived on his right arm "close that disastrous mouth of yours no one wants to see your yellow teeth" Ms. Wormhole uttered angerly at Deene who closed his mouth at realizing that he had it opened. Lai squeezes his left arm for some consolation Deene look down a bit as tell him how she never should have brought him to the dance. "OMG is that you Peko!" A high pitch shrieked making Ms. Wormhole stop denouncing Deene and Turn to look who called her and it was a woman who looks like a model but vibes of a female dog. "OMG Sherry how are you girly!" Peko shrieked back. Peko runs to Sherry letting go of Deene's arm and they both hug while screeching concurrently. Deene flinches at the sound of two dying hyenas while Lai giggled at her mother that was acting childish. "Oh My Gosh who is this beautiful flower," Sherry said as she smiled at Lai then Peko answered, "The beautiful flower is my only perfect girl Lai" she looked at Deene "what delicious treat next to the flower," Sherry said while licking her lips and consuming Deene with her gazes. "The so-called treat is the creature I took into my home" Peko rebuttal and slaps Sherry's arm as to stop her on her trace. "Mom, can I and Deene go get some drinks?" Lai asked her mother "yes, of course, Sherry and I have a lot of catching up to do" Peko answered. Lai dragged Deene away from them before any more trauma sets in as they reach to the bar Lai ordered two peach sparkling water. Lai turned around in front of Deene "are you okay Deene?" she asked as she starts to examine his eyes to see any discomfort. "I'm okay Lai" he assured her while smiling and Lai pouted a little but she smiled "okay," she said. The Bartender places two fancy glasses with peach sparkling water in front of them "here you go and will that be all ma'am?" he announced "no that will be all thank you sir" Lai said nicely. Lai grab both glasses and hands one to Deene "here drink this it's delicious" She said as Deene takes the glass that was handed to him. Deene looks at the glass as he looks up at Lai sees her drinking her glass then he quickly starts to drink his but halts when she stops. Some of the sparkling water was dripping down the right corner of his mouth to his chin. Lai noticed and grabs a napkin nearby and wipes his drip away "I'm sorry for the mess" Deene apologized "don't worry about it" Lai replied. Deene nods a bit as his shoulders limp down a bit "Hey we can take look around here before my mother comes here" Lai offered. "yes, please" Deene said as he starts to glow again as they both walk around the hall. Deene grew small as the colors prospered around the hall and all the colorful gowns being worn by the women with matching color ties on their partners.
