Chapter 10

*Your Pov*

I looked to the women and they all smiled sweetly at me. They introduced themselves and their children to me. Janit walked over to a closet and grabbed some armor that looked like Vegeta's. She handed it to me and told me to wear it for my own protection. I put it on and a bang echoed through the room.

"We know you're in there!" A man yelled as he punched the door. Janit grabbed me up and pulled me towards the escape door. Funta opened it up and rushed the children inside. She pushed me down the tunnel next and I began quickly falling. There was no ladder or anything to grab on to. I felt someone grab me and looked up to see Janit holding my by my armor. She smiled a little and slowly flew down to the end of the tunnel. We landed and Funta went to the front of the group, leading us further down the tunnel. Janit stayed I the back to watch for attackers. Funta's youngest son, Zee, grabbed my hand as we walked through the dark tunnel. He was only 5 years old and I could tell he was terrified.

"We'll be okay. Veg-...Prince Vegeta and the others will save us" I whispered. He smiled up at me and then looked back to his mom.

We traveled so far my legs went numb. We finally came to the end of the tunnel and Funta went up first. She signaled that it was safe and Janit picked me up and flew us behind the kids while Veneletta flew last. We flew out of the hole and into an abandoned house. Janit let me go and we walked out of the house.

"Hello there" A soldier smirked at us. I immediately grabbed the kids and pushed them behind me as their mothers raised their hands, preparing to fight. They attacked the soldier but he easily fought them off. They must not fight often or a lot because they weren't good at it. Not like Vegeta was. I backed the kids up into the house and closed the door behind us.

"Go hide" I whispered. The oldest child lead the others upstairs and to another room.

I looked around for a weapon and found a few large rocks and sticks. I grabbed a thick stick and a flat rock and began sharping the tip of it. I looked out the window and saw that the soldier had knocked Funta and Janit to the ground. He was rapidly punching Veneletta in the face and I could tell she was done for.

He knocked Veneletta down and the women groaned in pain as the soldier proudly smirked at them. I clenched my jaw and looked to the pointy stick in my hands. I moved away from the window and stood next to the door, waiting for him. I can't let him get to these children. Their mothers could barely fight, I bet they aren't any better off.

The door swung open and I quickly spun to the opening and stabbed the stick into the soldier's leg, like I did earlier. These guys have really shitty armor. I pulled it out as he screamed and stabbed him again in his other leg. He punched me in the face but I managed to buy the women enough time to get up. They piled up on the soldier and attacked him until he was no longer moving.

They left his dead body and looked at me as I slowly stood up, touching my bloody nose.

"You saved our children. He would have killed them as soon as he found them...thank you" Janit said as she smiled. I nodded and Funta called the children back down to us. Her youngest son took my hand once again as we walked out of the house.

"Where are we?" I asked as I looked around the wooded area. I didn't recognize this place.

"A few hundred miles from home. We keep walking. They'll find us once it's safe" Funta said as she grabbed her other children's hands and began walking.

"So...what are you guys...exactly?" I asked Janit as we all walked through the woods. Janit looked at me and I could tell she was debating on whether she should tell me or not.

"Prince Vegeta trusts you...so I trust you. But what I'm about to tell you may change your feelings for Vegeta and his father, are you ready for that?" She asked me. I nodded and she sighed as she looked down.

"Alright...let me tell you about Saiyans"

*Vegeta's Pov*

"You monkeys never learn, do you?" Frieza chuckled as he shot a blast at my father and I. I grabbed my injured father and pulled him out of the blast range as quickly as possible. He was hurt pretty badly and couldn't fight anymore. Our men were holding back Frieza's army better than I thought they could.

I dashed towards Frieza and threw a bunch of rapid blasts at him. He dodged them and chuckled the whole time. He deflected one back at me and I flew up into the air to dodge it. When I did, Frieza took the opportunity to dash towards me and punch me in the face. I flew back and hit the ground pretty hard. I spit blood and stood up to see Frieza walking towards me with a smirk on his face.

He threw his fist into my stomach and I hunched over in pain, spitting more blood up. He brought his fist down on the back of my head and I fell back to the ground. He grabbed me by the hair on my head and pulled me to my feet. I was in so much pain I couldn't think straight. I tasted blood, sand...and defeat.

"I'm going to keep you alive so you can see me destroy this world and everyone in it...including that little bitch" He harshly whispered into my ear. I clenched my jaw as I thought about Y/n. Her beautiful innocent face flashed through my mind. Her gorgeous smile and contagious laugh followed. My heart ached at the thought of her being hurt. I began breathing quick and hard as the anger filled me. How dare he threaten Y/n. How dare he try to hurt her!!

I screamed and felt my energy level rise up to something I didn't recognize. I screamed as the energy literally courses through my veins. I tore myself from Frieza and hunched over as I screamed out every last breath I had. The sand around me lifted up and began to swirl in a tornado. I threw my head back and clenched my fists as I screamed for Y/n. I screamed until the energy inside of me exploded and the sand settled. I was breathing hard as I stood and faced Frieza. His eyes were wide as he examined me and I knew it was because I some how managed to get stronger.

"W-What?!" He harshly asked as he lifted his arms up, preparing to shield himself from me. Every step I took towards him I could feel the energy bursting inside of me.

"V-Vegeta?" My father's soft weak voice called out. I ignored him, my focus was on the lizard fuck who once stole everything from me, and who was threatening to do it again.

"No...it's not possible!" Freiza cried out as I smirked at him. He was experiencing something he's never felt before. Fear. It was a terrible feeling when you first experience genuine fear. You feel like you're being swallowed by a black hole. You can't breathe, move, think, or react to anything.

"You've taken enough from me" I harshly said as I lifted my hand up, my palm facing Frieza.

"Now I'm going to take something from you" I smirked and charged up a blast. Frieza's eyes were wide and he took a step back from me.

"Your life" I whispered as I shot the blast. He dashed upwards but my new energy brought me new speed. I dashed towards him faster than he could see me. As he was looking down at where I was, I was floating in front of him. He turned around and yelped as I threw a punch at him. He flew towards the ground and smashed through the sand, stopping a few feet down.

I landed over top of him and charged up another blast. He began begging for his pathetic life but I didn't care. He deserved worse that what I was doing to him. I released the blast from my hand and all I could think about was protecting Y/n. It overtook Frieza's body and he completely disintegrated as he cried out in pain. The blast slowly disappeared and so did all traces of Frieza. I let my hand fall to my side and I flew out of the hole we were in. I made my way over to my father and helped him up, putting his arm over my shoulder so I could support him.

I flew towards Frieza's soldiers and our men and floated above the mess. Our men were all still alive but badly hurt. A good half of Frieza's soldiers laid dead below us.

"Frieza is dead! I suggest you all get the fuck out of here before I finish you off. If any of you ever come back to Earth, I'll personally tear your dick from your body and shove it up your ass!" I harshly yelled out. Everyone froze and looked up to my father and I. The Saiyans gasped at the sight of me and Frieza's soldiers wasted no time making their escape. They piled into his ship and left faster than they arrived.

"Let's get you home" I said to my father.
