N I N E T E E N

Rachel's POV

It was finally time to leave, I said good bye to my dad at home and my mum was gonna drive us to hide to my dad that I wasn't leaving with some guy. We were driving the 20 minute drive to the airport and my mum was being embarrassing.

"So you two behave I don't want little you's running around" she said, I sighed in annoyance. I turned to look at Jack who was sitting in the back seat alone. I mouthed to him 'Sorry' as he mouthed back 'It's fine' well silently laughing.

After a few more comments like that from my mum we finally got to the airport, and started to walk around trying to find where our gate was. Once we found it the flight was called and I looked to my mum.

"Be safe darling message me when you land and whenever you can I know it's only a week but I wanna know your safe" she said.

"I will mum"i said, hugging her as she hugged me tightly. This is the first time I will be away from home for awhile as the hug broke apart she walked to Jack.

"Now you mister keep the her safe if anything happens to her it's all on you" she said.

"Jack we should get going" I said.

"You two have a safe flight" my mum, yelled out.

"Ignore her she's weird at times" I said, he laughed at we went through security once we got through we then got on the plane.

"You ready to meet my crazy family now" he asked, as we sat down he gave me the window seat and he sat isle since we had the seat section at least we aren't stuck next to one of those strange people on planes.

Not long after take off I fell asleep, to only later on to be waken up by Jack Telling me were gonna land soon. I looked out the window to see the beautiful scenery of all the land beneath us, I quickly took out my phone and snapped a picture of the view.

"Can everyone now put on the seat belts we are going to be landing now" the air hostess told everyone.

"So how was your sleep" Jack asked.

"Pretty nice and did you sleep at all" I questioned him.

"No but it's fine I just watched a few movies" he said.

"Sorry you could've woken me" I said.

"You looked relaxed so I didn't want to" he said.

Not long later the plane landed and we left to go to baggage claim finding our bags. We then went to find Jack's mum.

"Mom" jack said, as we walked to a women that looked a lot like jack.

"Well mom you can now meet Rachel and Rachel this is my mom" Jack said.

"But you can call me Kristin and nice to finally meet the girl who makes my son happy" she said.

"Well hello Kristin nice to meet too" I said, I went to shake her hand but she brought me into a big hug.

"Well I bet you two are tired let's get back home" she said.

"Well Jack probably is I'm not" I said, following her with our bags to the car.

After a few minutes car trip we finally got to their house and a little girl came running up to Jack yelling his name.

"Isla" he yelled back, in a mocking tone.

"Your Rachel aren't you" she asked.

"Yes I am" I said, to her and she started talking to me as Jack talked too two other girls one was the girl from the other day on Facetime.
