About a week after everything went down between Joel and I - I found out who this other woman was that Moses was in love with.

Lexie and I were at Aquarius working when we saw Moses walk past the office with a scantily clad Jenna. My heart had been broken when he made his confession, but I figured giving him some space would allow him time to miss me. When Lexie had suggested that we work out of Aquarius one night as opposed to the office, I jumped at the opportunity. It meant being in Moses' space and I hadn't been since that day.

I looked up and smiled when I noticed that Moses was wearing a wife beater, but the smile quickly disappeared when I saw that Jenna was wearing Moses' shirt. I furrowed my brow as I leaned over and looked at the door. Jenna was holding a little girl's hand and an overnight bag was tossed over her shoulder. Cristian was walking behind them and Nyla was a few steps behind them. I sat back as I looked at the door.

"What's up?" Lexie looked over her shoulder as she looked at the door. She had been sitting perched on the desk with her legs crossed and she was facing me. She turned back to me. "What's wrong?"

I pointed towards the door. "Moses, Cris, Jenna, Nyla, and some little girl just went next door."

Lexie turned back around and looked at the door again. For the next few minutes neither one of us moved as we sat and tried to listen to what they were saying next door. There was a murmur of their voices, and then Cristian called his sister.

"What?" she called back, but didn't budge from the desk.

Silence was her response.

She looked at me and rolled her eyes. "I hate when they do that. Would it be so hard to say 'come here?' or 'ven aqui?'" she shook her head as she slid off the desk and her heels clacked across the floor as she walked out the room and towards Moses' office.

I sat at the desk and looked at the picture of Moses and I on my cell phone. I heard Lexie's voice in the other room, but I couldn't make out what she was saying. After several minutes, she returned to Cristian's office holding the little girl's hand. The second I laid my eyes on the brown skinned little girl my breath got caught in my throat. She was a mini, brown version of Mrs. Reyneso.

"This is Jessie," Lexie smiled down at the little girl. "This is Jenna's little girl." She looked up at me. "I told her that she could play on the computer while we finished working."

"Of course," I slid my chair back. "Is there something in particular I should pull up?"

"I'll do it," Lexie shook her head and said something in Spanish. She looked up at me and started laughing. "You need to learn the language, Tallie. I totally forgot that you don't speak Spanish."

"I don't think you want to translate that," Jessie looked at her.

"You speak Spanish?" I was impressed.

Jessie turned to me and smiled as she nodded her head. "Jen... Mom..." she frowned as she pointed towards Moses' office with her thumb. "She made me learn the language when I was really little. But, she doesn't speak or understand it, which is pretty silly to me because I can say anything I want to her and she would never know."

Lexie looked at me. "I'm actually impressed that she did that."

I picked up my notebook and a pen as I walked around the desk and sat down on the couch while Lexie set the little girl up on the computer. The little girl sat down in the chair and Lexie leaned over her as she began typing on the computer. I crossed my legs as I looked at the little girl. There was no way that she wasn't Moses' daughter. She looked too much like his mother. Moses had a little girl and he had missed the first nine years of her life. Moses had a little girl that he needed to get ready to know. I exhaled as I looked at the picture of Moses and I for a few seconds before looking up at Lexie and Jessie again. I hadn't noticed that the two were whispering to each other. Jessie smiled as she looked up at Lexie and Lexie winked at her before standing tall and walking over to the sitting area where I was sitting at.
