chapter 5 - the party _ part 1

(Time skip - 3 days after)

Colbys pov-

Its need 3 days since I met (Y/N) and we have hung out together everyday. We haven't talked about the kiss though. I invited her to a party tonight and she said that if she's the, then she's there and if she's not then, she's not. So I have to wait and see if she's coming. I get up and grab my outfit for today, went to the bathroom and had a shower.

(Outfit)

Once I got out, I put my clothes on and did my hair. After 20minutes of doing my hair, I went down stairs and made scrambled eggs for breakfast. I was sitting at the table eating when my phone went off.

Y/N - Hay, what time is the party??

Colby - it starts at 9 and have no clue when it will end

Y/N - Oh, ok. See u there. Or not 😉

Colby - I hope I do :)

After that I started thinking about the kiss. Did it mean anything to her as I did for me? Does she keep thinking of that moment as much as I do. Seeing the way she was that day, it tore me apart. She's too pretty to be tears. I could see that she was hut and she was sorry for not telling me. I hope she shows up tonight. I finish eating and wash up my plate, then go to the gaming room and watch Aaron play fortnight. He's obsessed with that game I swear. I sit there thinking of what happened at the park.

Y/N pov -

I decide to go to a party that Colby has invited my to, so I go and have a shower. When I get out I get into the outfit that I picked out.

(Outfit)

I finish up my hair and put foundation on. I check the time and it was 8:30. I had to leave so I would make it on time and not late. I arrive at Colbys house and there's already so many people. This was going to be interesting. I walk in and look for Colby. I find him really quickly and I guess he saw me because he came up to me and hugged me and said 'YOU CAME!' Really excitedly.

"Yeah, I did!" I shout over the music.

"Well I'm glad you did" Colby said over the music. "By the way, you look super hot!"

"Oh.. ummm... thanks" I say with a smile.

I don't know why I thought that was weirder than the kiss the other day. I feel my face begin to blush as I look at the ground.

"What's wrong?" Colby asked obviously worried.

"Nothing" I say and smile at him.

Part of me wants to kiss him again but the other half is saying no you just met him three days ago. I didn't notice at first but as I come back to reality, I notice that me and Colby are staring in each others eyes. I look at his lips then his eyes again. I place my hand on his cheek and lean closer until our lips found each other again. This time he was more gentle, if that was even possible. We stayed like this for 3 minutes until pulling away for air. He's so hot, I just want him all to myself.

What happens next?
