It had the address of where I guessed the red lights district was but suddenly I felt my strength get flung back but when I opened my eyes I was inside the seal, yeah cause Minato has a piece of the ninetailes in him wait why wasn't it speaking then when I first came back

"It's actually quite simple you ant, he kept me from speaking to you" as I looked around I was inside a type of sewer and as i looked at myself in the puddles I saw my face reflected back not Minato's but my actual face I saw the brown hair and my stupid eyes not the amazing blue of Minato's I didn't have the cloak I was simply in a T-shirt and trousers I replied to the kyuubi who I now realised was in a cage not dissimilar to narutos and asked

"Huh who would keep me from speaking to you" as I turned around I saw a yellow flash and I felt something a cold 3 pronged Kunai placed at my neck

"What are you doing in my body" they said in a cool calm and collected voice
