I was yelling, screaming, and all of the above. Someone had gotten me, and I'm pretty sure Step wasn't about to save me again. I was helpless, and not like the Hamiliton song. At this very moment I've had an epiphany, I need to grow up and stop depending on people. I need to learn how to be my own person.  Nah, that don't even sound right.

So I bet you're pretty confused. So here's what happened...

"HURRY UP IDIOT!" Amanda yelled at me to join the group picture. We had gotten everything ready the day prior and now it was just time to go. Ruby didn't want me to go to the ball. Mostly because of the supicious activity that was around the campus and my visions, but I assured her that I was going to be alright.

A part of me wanted to listen to Ruby but I had to do it tonight, I had to tell Meech that I didn't want to be with him anymore. It was the right thing to do. I couldn't keep being selfish and leading them both on.

I picked up my dress a little to walk over to my group to take the group picture.

"EVERYBODY SAY CHEESE!"

"CACA!"

"PEPPERJACK!"

"RICE CRISPY!"

The rest of us was normal and said Cheese. After we all took the picture we decided to disperse and enjoy the rest of the night. Ruby, however, decided to stick with me because she 'wanted to'. Like I'd believe that.

"Ruby you know that you don't actually have to stay here with me right?" I say to ruby as we're drinking punch by the punch table. Ruby pulls out a flask and spikes the punch with something, and then looks around like nothing happened. "RUBY! You can't just do that what the hell is wrong with you?!"

"Hey, Hey, Hey Brother. Ride the waves of chilltown." What.

"What?" I grabbed the flask that ruby was holding, opened it, smelled it, and almost fainted. It WAS NOTHING BUT HARD ASS LIQUOR IN HERE BRO! HOW THE HELL DID SHE GET THIS!?!??!!

"She got it from Step. Hey ruby *Heart eyes emoji*." Of course. Amanda's here. Amanda too the flask from ruby and chugged the whole thing. Ruby didn't even notice. That's how far gone she was. How tf could she even chug that all in one go wtf..

"You know that I can hear you right? Like all the monologues that you do. I can hear it all."

"And why do you?"

"Shit man, I don't know. It comes later in the plot soon I think. Probably in our Junior year."

I took a swig of my drink and thought for a little bit. "No, no I'm pretty sure it's for next year. You know when all that shit happens." I say while chucking a little.
