Noi awoken to grinding and small grunts, slowly opening her eyes. The bright light from the sun blinded her. Making Noi shut her eyes quickly, making a small groan at the burning sensation in her eyes. Instantly, the grinding stopped, footsteps became closer. Noi opened one eye to see a tall, buff man. He had black hair, red eyes, tanish skin tone.

"What do you want asshole." The guy chuckled at Noi's remark.

"Feisty." The guy untied Noi, and walked over to the water of the lake.

"Uhm. Answer me dumbass!" Noi shouted at the tall boy. The guy turned around, looked her dead in the eye.

"Yes, princess?" Noi growled instantly, showing her sharp teeth. He liked how she reacted, and smirked.

"Calm down, and I'll be less uptight." Noi pouted, and nodded. The mystery guy put his hand out.

"Vylad Crimson. Outcast." Vlyad introduced himself. Noi slowly shook his hand.

"Noi Ridar."  Vylad handed her some fish, it being cut up in small pieces.

"So what was the point in kidnapping me? Just to tell me your name?" Noi asked Vylad, he just chuckled.

"Well, yes. I want you to tell Zaracroft that I am no threat. I have been defending your area from hunters. That's why it's been so quiet all the time." Vylad spoke with a serious tone, looking Noi dead in the eye.

" Okay.. How long have you been staying here?" Noi asked, eating some of the fish.

"About three weeks, hunter activity has increased. So I had to move my camps. Found this little spot, traveled around one night. Spotted a girl in a cabin window with short white hair, and blue eyes. It was fairly windy out, and raining." Noi thought for a second.

"Wait, like 3 days ago? That huge storm?" She questioned.

"Yeah, why?" Vylad looked back down to his knives, which he was sharpening.

"That girl was me, everyone had gathered in one cabin because of the storm." Vylad chuckled at that thought, shrugging his shoulders.

"Coincidence? Dunno, but I think you should get back to your pack before they start freaking out." Noi nodded at the black haired boy. Standing up, and putting the semi-wood plate onto the ground next to her. Vylad stood, turning around. Not realizing how close the girl and himself actually were. They both stopped, staring into each others eyes. Their breath got heavier, but were in the same pattern. Noi could feel her breath hitch in the back of her throat. Now taking the time to study his face.

"I-i think we should head back." He stuttered, taking Noi out of the small trance she was stuck in. She slowly nodded, and started to walk away from the small camp.
