"So , how's life ?" Mama asked as we're all sitting together in the living room . I sit between mama and Timathia. I flashed mama a fake smile before turning my gaze to meet Jake's who is sitting across us between Jaeden and Andrew , his cousin.
Jake nods , telling me everything is going to be fine. I looked over mama and find she smiling happily to me. Her hands covered mine on her laps.
"Perfect , ma. We are living in a happy life" I say and looking around just find the nieces and nephews don't go upstairs .
Mama squeal same goes to my aunts before showing me their full teeth and I smile , looking at Jake. He happily chatting and laughing with my brother and his families.
I didn't cooked dinner because they bought us food . I ate it but it didn't calming me down the fact that Jordan are upstairs and Jake told me he didn't locked Jordan's room . He didn't know , we both didn't know they actually will coming today at our house.
I need a plan which is by I need to talked with Jake alone . But , my aunts keep me talking and distracting me from calling Jake to me.
"Mama , are you guys gonna sleep the night here?" I asked her because, if they did all sleep in here , I don't have enough room , moreover , I had not enough blankets and pillows for them.
Aunt Linda smile warmly at me , "no dear , aunt Lola and Gabby will check in the hotel and we come back tomorrow morning or maybe afternoon" she say and I nods smile apologizingly at her.
"I'm sorry . My house wasn't that big and I don't have enough pillows and blankets . I'm really truly sorry " I say , looking at her.
Aunt Linda snort before shaking her head . " No worries, dear. It's okay , your house just the good size for building a family" she say and my cheeks heated up and grew slightly nervous when she mentioned family because , I count Jordan as my family.
I hesitantly smile , "oh," i say before let out a chuckles . My aunts joined me laughed .
I did feel happy. But I'm not that happy knowing that Jordan are upstairs and anytime he can cry for his milk .
"Mommy , Sarah don't want to share her jelly with me!" My youngest aunt's daughter whining about not having her jelly shared with her other cousin. I gulp, licking my lips .
Aunt Ophelia hissed at her daughter before pulls her between her legs. "Olyvia! Do not acting like , what I teach you before? " Aunt Ophelia asked her daughter. Her daughter pouting , before hugging her mother's waist.
I chuckled at her cute behaviour. Aunt Ophelia glance over my way before smiling apologizingly . I shake my head , "no it's okay , she's so cute" I say and aunt Ophelia smile .
"Aren't you planning on having kids anytime soon , Jade?" Aunt Kathy , papa fourth siblings asking me while her fourteen years old daughter cling onto her arms.
I pulled a nervous smile , glancing over Jake who are too preoccupied by the conversation he have with the men. I looked at Aunt Kathy back , "I am. But maybe not this soon" I say , choosing my words carefully.
Mama squeezing my hands making my head snapped on her . She smiles sadly , knowing my real condition that I can't really have a kid . I nods , turning my while body to her. Leaning closer towards her , I purse my lips together . "I can handle this" I say lowly that only her can heard me . Mama nods , before smiling warmly.
My mind went to Jordan again and I stand up , glancing at mom before at my aunts and uncles. I smiles softly , "uh . . .I need to grab something upstairs . May I leave for a minutes? I just need to—"
