One year at Christmas(year 4), they signed a few of their gifts as 'from santa' and when the weasleys got their presents on Christmas day, they saw who it was from and Charlie, Bill and Molly freaked (the most anyway)
Bill and Charlie thought a stranger gave them gifts and went to search the house and perimeter for intruders
Molly thought Someone had gotten themselves a girlfriend (in her words "the name sounded more feminine")
Harry and Hermione had to tell them about Santa Claus and what not
(some might argue that in OOTP (order of the phoenix) that a Santa toy was flying around the tree, Hermione asked Fred and/or George to bewitched it to fly around the tree and table as a cute touch)
