Chapter 14: The Ball~~(Koraline's POV)

Koraline's POV

**at night**

"Feli~Come on let's go!!" I said. Feli was still upstairs getting ready. She was just so slow at fixing her dress. After a few seconds, I saw her coming down in a blue dress with black lace. "Are you done now?" I askedd her sarcastically and she nodded. She got the carraige and we went to the manor of the queen's cat. But I felt a bit sleepy and fell asleep

"NOO!!!" I screamed and six men faced me and smirked. One man grabbeed my hair and pulled me down

"Let me go!!" I shouted and one man pointed a gun at me

"How about we kill this little cutie" The man who pulled her hair said

"No, she could be used as the master's worthless servant" A man said and the others agreed

"NOOO!!" I shouted again then one of the men slapped me and I lost concious

-----Reality-----

"Kora, we're here" Feli said and shook me gently

"Oh sorry, Feli" I said and I went out of the carraige. A girl with blue hair was waiting by the door. She bowed

"Good evening, demon. I am Emma Highmore. A servant of the Princess" Emma said and I nodded. We went inside and...it was empty

"Would you mind to make you eyes to a demon's in order to go to the party" She said and I nodded and did what she said. When she held my hand we teleported to hell. And there was a castle in front of me

"Welcome to the ball, demon" She said and bowed. I walked in the castle and I saw a lot of demons. Wow. Well what did I expect? This is a demon ball after all. A lot of demons were talking to each other. Then the music suddenly played. Demons tried to find their partners and danced. I was just sitting around. Feli also found her own partner. I was just alone. But suddenly, a man's hand was in front of my face. I looked at the man's face and.....wow, he's handsome. He had gold eyes and glasses. He's handsome alright. And he's older than me

"Would you care to dance, M'ady?" He asked and I nodded and took his hand.  We danced around. I could feel his gold eyes staring at me. It was silent when.....

"May I ask my partner's name?" He suddenly asked

"I don't speak my name, but people call me Lady Red" I said and he didn't look satisfied

"May I ask your name?" I asked him

"Claude. Claude Faustus" He said and I nodded. The music stopped and he let go of me and kissed my hand

"It was a pleasure dancing with you, M'lady" He said and left. I blusheed a bit. But I just shook my head. I went to the washoom to fix my makeup. When I went to the washroom, I fixed my makeup. Then I looked in the mirror. I haven't had dreams like that since I was 10. Damn that dream. I went back to the ball room. Then a girl about my age was speaking on the microphone

"Please lend me your ears" The girl said. I recognize that voice....It's Jane~!

"I am Jane Lynch. Your princess. And I'm here to announce that we have a new demon who is special..." She said just in time when a boy with an eye patch with navy blue hair and a tall man with raven black hair walked in. I saw Jannie smirk

"She has 2 sides. A demon and human. Very unusual indeed. Her name is Elizabeth Midford" She said and the boy looked shocked and so did the man, who I assume is his butler. He's a handsome man, I'll give him that. Then a girl with sunshine yellow hair went up to the stage, she looked serious. So she's Elizabeth. 'Lizzie?' I heard the boy with blue hair whisper. Elizabeth looked stern. She just bowed and went back down. What a boring girl.

"Thank you very much. Now continue on what you were doing earlier" Jannie said and went down the stage. I went to the balcony to get some fresh air. I hummed a creepy song that I composed on the piano. I stopped humming when.....HEY HEY HEY!! PERVERT!! Someone is putting his hands on my waist!!! I turned around to see who it was. Oh this is fantastic...it's him

"Miss me already, darling?" He asked me and I raised an eyebrow

"It's not proper to treat a lady like this. So if you don't mind, remove your hands off my waist, immediately, darling" I said and he shook his head

"Actually I do mind, but I will let you go if you still remember me" He said

"Of course I remember you. You're De-- I mean that boy I battled days ago" I said, first he was curious of what I said 'De--' But I think he just shrugged it off. Then he let go of my waist. Finally

"The name's Devian. Devian Anthony Kaylock" He said then I nodded. I already know him

"And you are?" He asked me. Oh no , you're not getting my name. I giggled at my thought

"I don't speak my name but I'm the famous Lady in Red of London" I said and he looked shocked

"I can't believe I battled the most famous killer of London" He said and I giggled.

"And I kissed her too" He said and smirked. I sighed and smiled

"t's been nice talking with you darling. If you don't mind  will be going back inside now" I said. But When I was about to walk away, he grabbed my arm and pulled me to him and he put his lips on mine. My eyes widened and I growled in the inside. I made a backflip to seperate us both and my foot hit his face which made him land on his back. I giggled.

"That wasn't very lady like" I heard him say

"I'm a very strange girl full of secrets and mystery. I'll give you one mystery of mine. I'm a hot water girl~ Figure that out and you'll know who I am"I said and winked at him and went back inside. I sat down and drank wine. What A shame. I wanted some fresh air if it weren't for him, I would've stayed there a littler longer. What a shame. After a while, I saw a boy about my age who was at the balcony. Since that pervert was gone, I went back there
