Chapter 8: Doggone "Woof, woof, Lumine" part 3

Lumine's POV

This is day one of acting like a dog! And I'm very excited because I wonder what Kody will think of me as a pupper
But first I must wake Kody up like a pet dog would do!
I pushed the door all the way open without thinking that a SLAM could be heard from the hit of the door to the wall. I flinched for a second, heh. Walking to Kody, peacefully sleeping all snuggled up under the blanket, heavy breathing. He's a heavy sleeper, that's for sure. "LUMINE, KODY, DID SOMETHING HAPPE-"
I quickly turned my body around to Sera, as she's standing at the door confused. "N-no?"....
An awkward silence filled the air as me and Sera stare at each other.
I heard a groan behind my shivered back. Turning around, Kody roughly sat up rubbing his tired eyes. He looks up at me blinking for an HD view.
"Uhm.. Good morning, Lumine"
My buffered face turned into a simple morning smile. He glances over at my hip to see Sera and waved at her. Sera waved back and walked away dumbfounded.

"Lumine" I heard from behind me again. I looked at Kody's emerald, dead eyes as I perked my ears up to listen to Master's words........
"... Good boy"
MMMH! YES, I'MMA GOOD BOY. YOU HEARD THAT, MAMA?? I'M A GOOD BO-
"Can you leave now?"

I walked backwards taking steady and slow steps out the door. "You're a bad boy if you don't-" I quickly left the room without hesitation.

Kody is just being silly... But he's usually never silly.. Does he mean it? Is he taking the dare... Seriously? "Hmm.."
I sat my butt down, knees up, hands between feet, and wagging tail... It feels.. Natural. "Lumine"
I heard my name and whistling call me. I twisted my body into a form of a dog running; My feet and hands still touching the ground as I move myself to the bedroom. There I look up at Master Kody.. Pfft M-master Kody... Hm.

Kody looks a bit shocked? I walk to him, again, with steady and slow steps. He squads down on his knees and held out his hand to me. All I had was the audacity to lick the back of his two fingers.. They tastes salty. Am I the one who's taking this dare game seriously? Or is it really just me?

"L-lumine?" I heard him say.
"Lumine... Don't be gross"
AH! I AM TAKING THIS SERIOUSLY, AND WITHOUT EVEN KNOWING! But this feels so normal?.. Am I just kicking in on my wolf insects? Maybe..

I shove my head under his hand asking for a rub on my soft hair. He eventually ruffled my hair to my left ear. I always liked the feeling of someone petting me. His just feels the nicest.
"Guess we're actually doing this then... But don't lick me again. You're still a werewolf, not a pet dog"
He's right.. I got to be careful. Plus it's only for the day. The day will go by fast for sure!

5 minutes later

I yawn. I'm laying the back of my head on Kody's thighs as I watch TV with him. Sera was making lunch for us. She was off work today. So we kinda just chilled for the day so far.
I reposed myself for my cheeks to get squished on Kody. But little did I know.. that Kody... was rubbing my stomach-
It tickled, it shivered. I wanted to laugh so hard- I fell of the couch and hit my elbow hard on the ground while laughing my butt off.

"Lumine! You okay?!" I heard Kody's content yell as he looked down at me to see if I was okay.
My laugh fades away and my tailed stopped wagging.
"Lumine, no!"
He said in a angry tone. I frowned upon him as my apology for being a klutz and hurting myself. Am I a bad boy?

He sighs and tells me to get up. I sat on the ground in front of him. Ya know... like a dog.
"Hmm.. You're okay, Lumine. Just be careful, geez" he was still kinda angry at me.
I... I don't know what to do. All I can do is stare at him. What do I do??
"Mh?" I kept staring at him but I placed my fist on his leg.. I swing my tail as well. I just wanna know if I'm a good boy, Master Kody.
