I didn't mean to.
I wanted to. But not this way.I stepped on the scale and saw words, not numbers.
They said fat, they said gross.So I counted.
60 for a slice of bread. 200 is high for a snack.
Panic when I see 700 before dinner.I lay down and that is the only time I can feel a bit of my hipbone. Fat makes it kind of hard to do that.
