One last adventure through the tear of the fabric of reality and back, that was all he had to do. As he entered the portal, he found what looked like a giant wall of preserved amber, and inside of it was the skeletal remains of a great bird of prey, it was a Phoenix. They were supposed to be rare creatures that were absolutely immortal, why would skeletal remains of a famous immortal bird be preserved in amber? The jade bracelet in Yuto's hands started to glow brightly and brilliantly, that light left the bracelet and went straight to the fossilized skeleton in the amber, light blinded the area everywhere, then when the light had died out, he saw that the amber with the Phoenix skeleton was gone, and surprisingly enough the island began to rumble and tremor, "Yuto, the island is going to be destroyed and sink into the ocean, get to the portal before it closes now!" Alva panicking was accurate, he barely found the tear in time and space before it started closing with Yuto flinging himself through the tear in the fabric of reality as he made it back from the other side as it closed and the island and it's remains self destruction and after the earthquakes and explosions, none remained after the rocky remains sunk into the ocean and disintegrated into sand than to nothing. For a few minutes he had his rest sitting on the floor when Yoyu came abruptly with a few choice words, "A girl... is asleep in your room, she is just lying there and she just appeared as so... you better come and look." Yuto got up and walked into his room, to his own shock and surprise, a 16 year old girl, Chinese due to her features had been waking up in his bed. "Well, happy birthday to you." Alva joked, Yuto glared at her as he turned his attention to the girl, she looked disoriented and confused as she took in her surroundings, as gently as he could without any pressure he had asked, "Are you alright? Can you remember anything specific about yourself, and what is your name?" He spoke slowly and without raising his voice accidentally, the girl looked at him as she said, "All I remember... is that I was planning on going somewhere to cure my carbuncle." Checking her face, he inspected the sides of her face to look for a carbuncle, there was none. "May I ask, where you're carbuncle is located?" "The left cheek." "Well my dear... look into this mirror because I do not see a carbuncle at all." Handing the girl a small mirror, Yuto gently smiled as the girl was staring into the mirror, a sudden gasp and dropping the mirror almost made Yuto jump back. "It's gone, the carbuncle isn't there anymore." The girl said softly, a smile starting to form on her face as she started squealing with delight. "I take it that good fortune has smiled upon you then?" Yuto had asked, the girl nodded as they both started to realize that their faces were almost a couple of diameters from one another, the youths blushed heavily as they distanced a little bit from one another, as they continued with their conversation, Yoyu smiled at the meaning behind their connection, "It looks as if Yuto has found someone that he truly wants to protect with his own being now... not just humanity in general." He had thought to himself merrily.
