ANYWAYS, TO THE STORY!!!

Russia smiled, setting the perfectly wrapped little box beside the tree. It was Christmas, one of amerikas favorite holidays. Russia thought it was interesting, the story about the man in the red suit riding a sleigh with flying reindeer, delivering toys to kids... It made him smile, amerika was so childish at times and Russia loved it.

"Eyy ruski! Looks like my brother's not here yet, huh?" Canada asked as he slipped into the room, handing two gifts to russia. "Ah, not yet, he had to go but some presents for people" Russia responded.

"Aha, so hey, how's it going being with a free country?"

"Well, he's a bit noisy, and I can tell it runs in the family-"

"-HEY!"

Russia chuckled as Canada got all offended, then they both burst out laughing. "Well, how's it feel to be connected to a communist?" Russia asked, adjusting h his ushanka. "Well, I'm not being forced into communism myself, so I'm alright with it" Canada said with a grin, sitting on the edge of America's bed. Russia went and plopped on his own bed, humming.

After about seven minutes, America came back with a bag full of little gifts. "I'm back! And hey, you'll love what I got ya!" America said with a goofy grin, wearing an ugly Christmas sweater with holly patterns in it and a santa hat. Russia smiled. "Well, I love being in the same room as you, so your presence is gift enough" Russia hummed, making America blush. "Russ, not in front of Canada!"

Canada, on the other hand, was loving it. "Hah, y'all are cute" the maple flag said to both of them. America pulled his hat over his face a little, and sat by russia. Russia yoinked that hat, and pulled a different one on America's head. Confused, America took it off and looked at it. It had soft fur inside, the fluff being red and when re striped while the outside was blue, with a white star in the front. America's colors, in a pattern to match his flag in a way. "What's this..?" America asked. " Well, it's an early Christmas present, Meri" Russia said, smiling as America put it back on and hugged russia. "Heh, I guess that means you love it?" " Mhn, as much as I love you" America responded. Russia tossed one to canada, the outside being white with a red leaf on the front, and the fur inside being red. "Hmm... Did you make these?" Canada asked, pulling his coonskin hat off and pulling the Canadian themed ushanka on. "Yeah.." Russia said. " ...I love it, and merica seems to love his too" Canada said with a smile.

The three spent the night together, and the next morning was... Well, time to open presents. Once they were all up, Russia passed the presents to whom they were meant for. "Russia, open yours first-" Canada said, America nodded eagerly. "....alright?" Russia said, picking up a small box that America had gotten him. He pulled the wrapping paper off to reveal a little clear plastic box, inside was a snowglobe. It had a little person dressed all in red holding up the USSR symbol, and when shook it had little white bits like snow float around in it. "Huh... That's kinda neat, thanks love" Russia said, smiling at the little globe. America smiled, glad Russia liked it. The next gift was from canada, having a bottle of vodka shaped like a maple leaf. "....Maple vodka? That's a thing?" Russia asked, thinking it was kinda cool. "Yeah, it's delicious, and I thought you'd like some vodka for christmas" ".....I need to stop hanging out with you on fridays" Russia said with a chuckle, Canada smiled. There was one more, from america, the smaller country seemed eager for Russia top open it. He did, it had a little old watch in it with the mario kart Turtle shell on it. "For the new master of Mario kart!" America said. " there's something else in there, look agai-" Russia had already started, and pulled out a long thin chain. At the end was an old pocket watch, with a bald eagle inscribed on it. It was a dark color, as if it was old, very old. "...what's this?" Russia asked. "My dad gave me that after i earned independence, I want you to have it" America said. "Aw... Thanks Merika, I love it!" Russia said as he put the pocket watch in his shirt pocket and set the other things aside.

America got a shirt with a flagpole picture on it, it had the Russian and American flags on it, from russia. Canada got a poster with a half mechanized raccoon called rocket on it, wearing a short that says "I ❤ canada" Proudly, from america. And so on, so forth.

The rest of the day was spent talking about the past Christmases, Russia complaining about his siblings while America and Canada listened and laughed, and they ended it by playing Mario kart. Turns out, Canada was a cheater.

"HEY, YOU BUMPED ME, HET, THAT'S CHEATING"

"Ha, no I didn't, don't get your capitalism in a twist there ruski"

"Leave russ alone, he- CANADA, STOP THROWING CHIPS AT ME!!!"

"Ha, never, brothe- HA I WIN!!!"
