i woke up to the smell of brownies which in my opinion is the best smell to ever wake up to and that also meant that in my household it was christmas. i get out of bed and change into a white shirt and sweats. i make my way downstairs and i head laughing, turns out it was my mom and my boyfriend, kairi making brownies.
kairi and my mom have always gotten along and they have such a great relationship which gives me another amazing reason why my boyfriend is the absolute best.
i go towards my mom and give her a hug.
"merry christmas ma" she hugs back and shoots a bright smile at me.
kairi hugs me from behind and kisses my cheek.
"merry christmas princess"
he releases and says, " give me a second i got you something"
he comes back with a christmas bag and hands it to me. i open it and see that it's a cute christmas onesie.
"i got myself a matching one too my love" he says.
i peck his lips and tell him thank you.
great way to start off not gonna lie.
"i'm gonna finish up the brownies you guys go on upstairs and put on the onesies." my mom says.
my mom always trusted me and kairi which meant that she also had no problem with him going to my room.

we go to my room and try on the pjs.
"you really look good in anything babe" kairi says.
"right back at chu cutie" i say and shoot him a silly wink.
the rest of the day consisted of us taking flicks, making tiktoks, play fighting, and a little makeout sesh :0.
kairi and i make our way downstairs and we notice that my mom is getting ready to go out.
"where you going ma"
"kairi's mom invited me to go eat out with her."
you see another great thing about dating kairi is that his mom and my mom have somewhat of a best friend bond which kairi and i find really funny but cute.
"alright ma take care." i go up to her and kiss her cheek
"don't do anything you guys aren't supposed to" my mom says.
"no we swearrr" kairi says and goes to say bye to my mom by hugging her.
my mom leaves meaning that me and kairi would be home alone.
we go to the kitchen and start making hot cocoa. kairi being the "funny" kid he is, decides to put whipped cream on my face and before you know it we're both covered in whipped cream. i lick it off his face which makes him laugh.
we both clean off and make our way to the couch.
"hold up i got one last thing i wanna give you", he says.
he goes into one of the drawers in the kitchen and pull out a box.
"you didn't have to, these onesies were already amazing." i say truthfully.
"jus open it baby."
i open it and see a box filled pictures of us, a ring, and a jar labeled, "a hundred of reason why i love you."
i shed a little tear and peck his lips.
"you deserve nothing but the best my love" kairi says.
he grabs his mug with hot cocoa and holds it up in the air, "to one of the many christmas-es together"
