Episode # 28:- (Thank You! For coming into my life)
Harry waited patiently for her response, while Swara sat deep in thought. She suddenly remembered Sebastian's care—how he had broken his promise for the first time because of her, how he was always there, even when his concern came in the form of anger. She recalled every moment, and as she sat there, it dawned on her that despite his identity as a Mafia King, he was the only one who could ever be her life partner.
"I will accept him as my life partner wholeheartedly, Dad," Swara said confidently. A beautiful smile spread across Harry's lips as he replied warmly, "I'm glad that my son will have a life partner like you, Swara." His smile was met with one just as warm as hers.
"I know, dear, that you're concerned about Seb, but believe me, you're the only one who can find the answers to these questions," Harry said, noticing Swara's confused expression as he continued.
"For those answers, you have to hold his hand. You have to pull him out of the darkness he's been living in for over 25 years, Swara. My son is lost in the shadows of our horrible past, and only you can help him find his way out," Harry said with a heavy heart.
Swara, who had been listening intently, felt a wave of shock. She had never imagined that Seb had been living like this for so many years. She had always thought that his behavior was simply part of who he was, but now, knowing there was a painful reason behind it, she felt anxious and worried for him.
"We all tried to bring him back, but we failed every time. Day by day, I'm losing my son, Swara. Please, bring him back to us. He's hurting himself by keeping everything locked inside his heart. I just want my son back. Please help us," Harry said in a tone filled with defeat.
Swara, at first tongue-tied, hesitated but after seeing Harry's broken expression, she gathered herself and scooted closer to him. She gently took his hand in hers and said, "Dad, if you believe I can bring your son back, then I promise you today—I will try my best. I'll do everything I can to pull him out of that darkness. That's my promise to you." She gave him a small but determined smile.
Harry, deeply moved, said nothing at first. Instead, he kissed her forehead and whispered, "God bless you."
After talking with Harry for a while longer, Swara wished him good night and stepped out. As she walked towards her room, she felt a sudden urge to check on Seb. Deciding to follow her instinct, she made her way to his room. She knocked on the door but received no response. After knocking a few more times, she cautiously opened the door a little and peeked inside.
Swara didn't see Seb in his room, and after checking his study and still not finding him, she grew confused. Heading downstairs, she made her way to the kitchen. There, she finally spotted him, but something unusual caught her eye—a glass in his hand filled with a red liquid. Frowning, she asked curiously, "What are you drinking?"
Seb was about to take a sip but stopped, turning his gaze toward her with a mischievous glint in his eyes. "I'm drinking blood. Want some?" he said with a straight face, holding the glass out toward her.
Swara immediately made a disgusted face, shaking her head vigorously. "Yuck, no way!" she exclaimed before muttering under her breath, "How could I forget about my research mission?" She narrowed her eyes suspiciously at him, convinced she might be on the verge of uncovering a secret—Sebastian Knight, the vampire.
Seb watched her suspicious expression and could barely suppress a chuckle. He quickly downed the rest of his drink, which was nothing more than beetroot juice. Unknown to him, Swara was on a mission to prove her wild theory, and his little tease only fueled her suspicion further.
