not understanding or confused the end of this short story ! so I'll do an lil explanation.

basically as you guys know jisung is always writing a note to his childhood friend hina, who sadly died. ever since she died, jisung is having some 'schizophrenia' , that causes to talk to themselves and seeing or hearing things that don't exist. which is why all of his notes seems that hina is still alive, at the end of the story you can see the quote &" - yoon hina 23:59"
it was her last few words before she died when she spent time with jisung (:
