[ Mark POV ]
I was in class still wondering about who Haechan could be. Did I already know him? Was he one of my close friends? Did anyone else know about this?
All my thoughts were interrupted by the school bell. I was glad class was over. I could text Haechan now.
I walked out of class looking down at my phone when I suddenly clashed into someone.
" Can't you see where you're- ", I started to say but stopped once I saw the person's face. " Donghyuck? ".
" Mark? Oh I'm so sorry ", he says and apologizes.
" It's my fault actually. I didn't see you coming ", I say " You don't have to apologise ".
" Oh ok then. Well, I'll get going now ", he says looking down, fidgeting with his fingers.
Before he could leave, I grab a hold of his wrist. He turns around with a confused look.
" I didn't apologise yet. I'm sorry Donghyuck ", I say and he gives me a small smile.
" It's ok Mark ", he replies and walks away with books in his arms.
I smile to myself and look down to the floor. A keychain was on the ground, near the corner of my shoe.
I slowly reached down and picked it up. It was a small keychain shaped like a puppy.
It was probably Donghyuck's. I'll return it to him the next time I see him. For now, I couldn't wait to get back home and text Haechan.
