At the beach house we see Steven and the others as Steven gazed at the dormant gemstones. Then Greg and Ben came bursting through the door.

Greg: What happened? *notices the black gem on the table* Who's this one?

Ben: And what happened to the ultimatrix?

Steven: (Y/N). He was wearing when it happened.

Greg: *notices the heart shaped gem* Is that one her?

Karen: yes.

Greg: what happened?

Peni: She poofed them and slashed Steven with this.

She showed Greg the rejuvenator. Then he picked up Pearl's gem.

Greg: But they are gonna come out of there gems right?

Then Pearl's gem glowed as it floated in the air and it made a shell as her pearl was seen inside of it.

Pearl: Identification please.

Greg: Um Greg Universe?

Pearl: Identification accepted. Restored to default settings.

Then the shell opened up to reveal pearl but she was in the appearance of the time she served pink diamond.

Steven: Pearl! Pearl, thank goodness you're back! Huh? Pearl?

Pearl: How do you do, My Um Greg Universe?
Thank you for bringing me into the world! I am at your eternal service Welcome to your new Pearl!

Pearl holds Greg's hand and kneels down before him, swearing her service to him, which freaks everyone out.

Everyone: WHAAAAAT'S GOING ON?!

Greg: could her gem be cracked?

Then Steven looked at Pearl's gem for any cracks but it was ok.

Steven: Looks good to me.

Diana: You were an expert on homeworld yes?

Peridot: Yeah?

Diana: Do you know what to do about this?

Suddenly, Ruby's gemstone began to glow, as she reforms into her original form as Sapphire's guard.

Babs: Ruby! Your here!

She tried to hug her but Ruby tried to fight her.

Ruby: Ah! who are you!?

Babs: Ruby it's me Babs your friend?

Ruby: Your not my assignment!

Greg: I really like an explanation right now.

Pearl: Allow me to illuminate! A Ruby Guard, But just a single one; They tend to come in teams of three or more

As pearl was singing Sapphire reformed as well as she was in her original form.

Zee: Sapphire! Your back!

Sapphire: do I know you?

Pearl: A precious Sapphire, She sees the future- *winks at the audience* That's who the Ruby's for.

Ruby: My Sapphire. As my sworn duty and sole purpose, I will protect you with my life.

Sapphire: I know you will. That's why I predict you won't last more than a day.

Ruby: Huh?

Sapphire: Come along.

Then Ruby and Sapphire left as Amethyst reformed in her original form from in the kindergarten.
