IT felt almost awkward the next morning as Taeyong woke up next to nobody beside him. He remembers last night vividly, but can't seem to want to as he cried in front of Jaehyun. Basically had a full on panic attack it seemed like, but he knows it wasn't naturally his fault. His past traumas really do come back to haunt themselves.

Taeyong slowly gets out of bed as he walks towards the bathroom, and wonders to himself why he has that same feeling like so long ago? He was scared to even make a noise, and didn't like it as he remembered why. Getting to the bathroom, he does his daily routine while wondering when Jaehyun will show up again. He seems to show up at all the right times.

Once done, Taeyong walks to the living room to see Jisungs face covered in sprinkles and syrup.

"Daddy! Jaehyun made pancakes." Jisung exclaims, stuffing his mouth with more, with what seemed to be, chocolate chip pancakes.

Taeyong looks up to find eyes already staring back at his, and he blushes as he realizes.

"Good morning." Jaehyun says, as if so causally.

"Morning." Taeyong says back awkwardly, hating himself deep down afterwards.

"I made you pancakes, your plates right here." Jaehyun offers, and Taeyong nods as he walks over and sits down beside Jaehyun.

He looks at the chocolate chip pancakes in front of him, and grabs the syrup. He couldn't help but hesitate the slightest as he reached for it though, and frowned upon this. Finally grabbing it, he pours some onto his meal. He then starts eating, slowly, as if not wanting to disrupt anything.

He was going back to his old ways, and he could feel the old feeling almost to well. What could he do though, he had a flashback last night, and felt as if he was back with that damned man. How he wishes he never met him, and how much he regrets it weighs on him everyday. He could never forget such memories that he gave him, his scars show so.

He was also panicking deep down, anxious as he wanted to tell Jaehyun why he lashed out like that last night. It made him scared though, scared because maybe Jaehyun would think Taeyong could never love again. Maybe Taeyong couldn't, Taeyong didn't even know himself. The male knew though, that Jaehyun wanted to know, he needed to know. Honestly, Taeyong wanted him to know, his burden had lasted almost too long for his own liking. Bitterness had always picked at his soul, but with Jaehyun, he felt none.

"Jisung, will you go to your room for a bit love?" Taeyong suddenly asks, turning to face Jisung.

Jisung looks up from his already empty plate into his fathers eyes, and nods as he leaves it be and walks to his room. Jaehyun watches the scene unfold, and waits as he stares down at his own empty plate. They then hear a door shut quietly, and Taeyong slowly turns himself back towards his half finished plate.

After a moment of silence, Taeyong spoke up.

"I'm sure your curious to why I acted that way last night." Taeyong whispers.

"If speaking honestly, I am." Jaehyun admits, and looks over to Taeyong. "However, I won't make you speak up your past."

"I want you to know." Taeyong interrupts, and looks up at Jaehyun. "I just have to tell someone, I'm tired of keeping it to myself." Taeyong says quietly.

Jaehyun nods slightly, and waits for Taeyong to continue; start his story. Taeyong then looks away from Jaehyun, and down at his plate once more.

"I was 18, fresh out of high school and had a big dreams like everyone else. I moved away from my family, as they didn't support my dream of being a professional photographer. Though, my dreams slowly died as it seems I lost passion for such subject. I was fired from my job, and was left broke and alone." Taeyong pauses for a quick moment, but Jaehyun didn't miss it. "That's when he came. He comforted me as if a lost animal, and lured me into his life. It made his better while he crushed mine. I fell in love with him, and he used me as if I was a toy he got for free. I didn't go one day without being harassed, and when I got pregnant with Jisung...he left as if he wasn't even there. He crushed every spirit I had, and made me think of myself as a pet." Taeyong thinks for a moment, and grits his teeth.

"I hate him, everyday for it." Taeyong whispers, and feels his eyes sting with tears. "I hate myself even more though." He admits bitterly.

"You shouldn't Taeyong, you shouldn't hate yourself at all. From what I just heard now, your probably one of the most strongest human beings I know." Jaehyun interrupts sweetly, and Taeyong looks up in surprise. "What he made he you feel was wrong, what he did was beyond wrong. It was never your fault though Taeyong, you were just lost. You never did anything wrong, and even though you went through so many hardships, you can still stand on your feet." Jaehyun says, and a single tear falls down Taeyongs cheek.

Jaehyun bring a hand up, and cups the smaller males cheek in his hand, wiping a tear away with his thumb.

"Your one special person Taeyong." Jaehyun whispers, staring into the others eyes.

Taeyong sniffs and smiles goofily, and wipes his tears away as he holds Jaehyuns hand.

"And your one interesting man Jaehyun." Taeyong says with a smile.

A smile crawls onto Jaehyuns face, and they both throw each other into one another's arms. Holding one another close, Taeyong lets more tears fall onto the males shoulders. He's never been so open in his life, and now he realizes he doesn't have to be. He doesn't have to bottle up, and he doesn't have to hide anymore in fear.

It was like the door opened for him once more, and hesitantly, he walked through it as he said his next words.

"I love you Jaehyun, I really do." Taeyong says.

"I love you too Taeyong, a lot." Jaehyun gives a light laugh, and tightens his holds around the other.

They are latched onto one another, still holding one another for the next few minutes. Feeling the feeling of love, and peace. Almost a sweet smell in the air as they hold on another, and the presence of heaven seemed to be around them.

A little boy, Jisung, was watching from the crack in his door. A small smile on his face, as he realizes his father had found his true love. He felt relief, knowing his father didn't have to suffer anymore and could move on from his painful past. How excited he was though, knowing he'd actually have a family now. How they'd travel together, spend time together, and just be there for one another. He was beyond happy, feeling his heartbeat speed up as a smile creeped onto his face.

It seems life wasn't as harsh as it was presented, and didn't have to be lonely as a new scene presented itself into their lives. A new chapter was about to be written, and it would be a fresh page filled with sparkles and good days to come. Hardships weren't over, they never end, but now they wouldn't have to go through it alone. It was a beginning of a new story, a new life, and a new love.
