Third person P.O.V
Marcus walks back to his mate to find her on the couch reading an old book about vampire history. Sneaking in he runs behind her and whispers in her ear.
"I'm back."
"Oh my god, you scared me shitless!" Rain says putting her hand over her heavily besting heart.
"I'm sorry mi amore. I've got a gift for you, my dear." Putting the gift into her lap, he watches as the starts to carefully open it.
Rains P.O.V
"Marcus...you didn't have to."
"I wanted to, and I did have to, if you are to stand by my side as my Queen for the rest of eternity. Now open, dear"
Slowly opening the gift I gasp as I see a beautiful Volturi crest made of silver, and bright red rubys that I can see my gorgeous mate behind me in for they're so shiny they reflect.
"Turn it over." Marcus whispers in my ear as he nuzzles the side of my head and neck.
Doing as he said I turn it over to see,
Ti amo più di quanto la luna ama il sole, la spiaggia ama l'oceano e un neonato ama il sangue
"What does it say? "
"I love you more than the moon loves the sun, the beach loves the ocean, and a newborn loves blood."
Looking up to him I admire him for a few seconds before saying in a very hushed voice that if he was a human he wouldn't have heard it.
"I love you too."
Third person P.O.V
Staring at her for a minute he takes in her human beauty and can only imagine how earth shattering her beauty will be after she has been changed. Leaning his forehead against hers he let's out a sigh of content and leans in and slowly and gently kisses her with every ounce of love he has.
