It has already been 2 days after that strange incident happened.
Kim can still remember each detail they discussed about, since their little conversation didn’t last that long.
And now, she’s on her way to her new school.
Nervous and terrified to be the campus’s ‘new girl’, she entered the hallways with terrible goosebumps and vibrant knees.
Unexpectedly, she was then overwhelmed by the welcome and receptions of her new classmates.
She finally found a place where she can fit in without judgements and just by being herself.
All the students were polite and well-mannered, as if they’re studying in a private Christian high school.
Few minutes before the class started, a boy wearing a purple hoodie, which is somehow familiar in Kim’s memory, entered the room.
Unaware about the commotions going on, she spotted a vacant seat at the back where she finally settled her things.
All of a sudden, Ms. Stewart, our class adviser entered the room. Everyone went back on their seats except for the guy who looked so familiar. Her jaw dropped as she stared at the figure of the man who’s also smiling at her.
“Class, have you met your new classmate already?” the whole class nodded.
“Oh well- Andrew, why are you just standing in there? Go back to your seat.” Ms. Stewart instructed. All of a sudden, everyone’s attention paid back towards me. I was just about to stand when… “No Kim, just stay”
he instructed as the whole class gasped in disbelief. He sat next to me as the class started.
Andrew is the campus’s knight and shimmering heartthrob. He is what Kimberly calls the ‘Total Opposite’ of Brandon. He’s wise, tremendously attractive, physically clean, and too conventional. He grew up with his mother, who got separated with his father 10 years ago. Although his father is giving him financial support, Andrew admitted that he couldn’t ever bargain with him; for he is also known as a famous doctor and
cardiac surgeon. And now, he’s living a normal life by himself as a legal age.
