Clints POV

Later that afternoon

As Mike slowly walked away I couldn't help but feel excitement and fear growing in my stomach over my first mission. This was what I have been training for fighting for the last two years. The killing a human part was still a little hard to completely warp my head around but I guess I'd deal with it when I get there. I walked to my room and grabbed my duffle bag placing a couple shirts some pants messily placing them in the bag. I quickly sprinted to the armory room and grabbed my bow and several arrows, my sniper and my hand gun. I'm not planning on being gone very long at least that's the plan. I walk out and sent a little pray up because who nows this maybe the last time I can. I shook of the terrifying thought and walked to the door and slowly opened it the chill Washington morning made my toes curl as I walked to the car waiting for me. I opened the black door and sat down the tinted windows the i mating black leather made my worries. As the car drove to the air port my thoughts were blurred with death, destruction, and redemption. The car came to a sudden stop and the driver muttered "where here" I opened the door to see we were on a tar mate to an aport. I have the driver a small nod and walk out of the car. There was someone new waiting for me out side the car. She was holding my bags she spoke in a kind way. "Hi I'm agent Maria Hill." She looked my age but she seemed younger. I always felt terrible for teenage agents even though I was one myself. She stuck out her small hand for me to shake I toke her hand. She never lost eye contact she was an agent of sheild I knew that cold agent persona. She lead me onto the plan gesturing to a set in the front I sat down slowly. She sat next to me and spoke softly "this is your team" I turned my gaze to the people on the plan around me. There was about twenty five or take a few people. "So I'm in charge of these people?" I spoke with fear in my voice I even heard it. She spoke her head "slow your boat there yes this is you team and they will be referring to you but you still are under shields rule." I nodded my head slowly. I suddenly I felt obligated to get up and give a pep talk like "let's do this" or "let's be hero's" but I felt stupid saying these thing in my head and choice to stay quiet. I noticed there was a woman next to she was breathing heavily and Shaking slightly I turned to her she honestly didn't look a day over seventeen. "I'm clint I'm in charge of this operation." she gave me a sympathetic smile and nodded. "Claire the names Claire." I nodded and shook her hand "Don't worry we'll be home and back in a matter of hours" she shook head "They didn't tell you this isn't a normal operation this person where after she has never even been captured she is a ghost with the power to kill this is practically a suicided mission." A involuntary chill ran down my spine. "Don't worry I'm gonna keep this team safe." She didn't seem to believe me but before I could say anything else the plane lifted off and made a terribly loud noise. Claire no had interest in speaking to me I don't blame her she looked terrified maybe this was her first mission as well. I toke out the targets files reading through them again. This woman had little information on her if any. All I knew was she was not going down easy but neither would I. I soon feel asleep while reading the files. I was jolted awake from a nightmare of me being killed by my target. I looked around it was dark on the plane and everyone was asleep I was still shaking terribly. I leaned my head agents my car I didn't now I was going to be able to do this mission. When suddenly I saw lights and buildings from our side the dust covered windows the small city became larger and lager as we landed. I suddenly got the urge to throw up but I decided I needed to keep it together being that I'm the leader here or co leader. The plane landed with a thud and woke most of the agents. As the plane finally came to a stop sent another pray up I needed to if these were some of my last breaths. Hill I walked of the plane and onto the tare mate the sun was rising making this horribly glum day seem pleasant. I grabbed my bag and looked at my phone there where instructions from director Furry they said "You and only you go up to building 120 on паук avenue it is two miles from where you have landed. Once you get there go to the roof with your sniper she will be there we have Intel that she is being held hostage there either take her out now or get a good look at her for more Intel. Good luck Agent Barton." I walked I over to Maria " I got my first assignment I have to go right now." She nodded and shook my hand again. "Good luck Barton bring this monster down." I smiled and walked away haling a taxi. My team had direct orders to not make contact with one another to just look as though they where tourists. We were all heading to different locations working on different aspects of the case. I climbed into the taxi and spoke in clear Russian "Здание на 120-й авеню паука пожалуйста." (building 120 on spider avenue please). My Russian was not very good but I had to blend in. He nodded his head and drove. I looked out my window the sun began to rise it almost seemed to beautiful to be the day I had to end someone's life it was almost mocking m-. I was cut short in thought as the car came to a sharp stop. "Where here!" The man said in bad english. I gave him a strange look trying to convince him I did not understand but he was not having it. "Your accent it's English is it not?" he spoke in broken english "You have an accent I know your first langue is not Russian no problem I speak your langue." He spook unclearly but I got the point. I made a mental note that I need to work on my accents. I handed him some money and grabbed my bag all I had was my snipper in a duffle bag with my clothes and my bow. It looked like and ordinary duffle bag. I flashed him a smile before leaving "Have a good trip!" He called as I walked away. I looked up at the ominous building it was brick that was covered in muck and dust from years of factory work. It was an abandoned building and the windows and doors were covered in wood with the words "не вмешиваться" (keep out).I looked around for another way to get to the roof. I turned the corner of the building and found a fire escape I climbed the ladder to the top and threw my bag over the side tossing it onto the roof. As I tumbled onto the roof I found my self looking across the building seeing another building diagonal from me like Furry said there would be. There was also a small little isolated hut in the corner. I set my self up putting my sniper behind an old pipe to prevent it from being seen and waited. I must have fallen asleep because when I woke I heard gun fire and scrambled to my feet. Jumping in front of my snipper looking through the scope waiting for her. Suddenly a woman no more then nineteen limped out holding her head she seemed to be in pain as she squinted at the light. Suddenly she ran to the side of the building taking her gun out holding it to her chest I could no longer see her she knew I was watching but how?
