Chapter 6

*Liam‘s POV*

“Hello? Yes? We‘ve just been hit head on by a truck… Six of us… Two are unconscious, one is bleeding severely… Okay… Thank you.” and I hung up the phone.

I looked over at Lou, who was okay because of the airbag. I looked back to Niall helping Zayn, who had his arm out the window at the time of the collision, causing it to rip his arm open when we hit. Harry, who is knocked out in Jessica’s lap, tried to save her. Jessica, also knocked out, is breathing slow and I hope she’s okay… She’ll be okay…

Just then the cops showed up, loading Zayn, Harry, and Jessica into an ambulance headed for the hospital. I went with them, and Lou said he would meet me there, after dropping off all the stuff we bought for Jessica. This isn’t going to be fun…

*Louis’ POV*

I arrived at the hospital thirty minuets after they did. Zayn got seven stitches and is doing fine. Harry is still unconscious. And Jessica… She fell into coma.

“Uncle Simon is going to kill us!” Liam groaned.

“We had her for two days and we already hurt her…”

“That AND I hit the car that caused all this…”

“Liam, this is not your fault. You were driving perfectly, it was his fault.”

“But-” just then, Liam was interrupted by a nurse.

She said, “Who is responsible for Jessica?”

Liam shot up immediately, “I am.”

*Liam’s POV*

“I am.” I said popping up from my chair.

The nurse took me back to her room and explained that her coma was caused by hitting her spine on the headrest. She should be okay. They were going to try to wake her in the morning, “What is this girl‘s last name?”

“Umm… She never told us… I don’t know.”

“We’ll do some prints and come get you afterward, okay?”

I took a deep breath and said, “Okay.”

Only twenty minuets later, she called me back to a small office. “Okay, so we did the prints and here is her birth certificate.” and she handed it to me.

I looked it over quickly until I saw “‘JESSICA MARIE TOMLINSON BORN TO THE MOTHER OF JAY TOMLINSON AND FATHER OF TROY TOMLINSON’. I can’t believe it… She is… Louis’ sister! Oh my God! I have to tell Lou!”

“Sir… We do have some bad news, before you go…”

My head snapped her direction, “And that is?”

“She was abused.”

*Louis’ POV*

I skimmed over the certificate… I didn’t notice anything special, “Li, I don’t see any-” but then I saw it. I read it over and over and over again… ‘Jay Tomlinson and Troy Tomlinson’… She is my sister… Just then, I passed out.
