Subliminals and manifesting are the same thing honestly. Manifesting is quick and easy, and something anyone can do. Here are some methods I learned and researched to see if they are effective, to which they are!
369 method:
You write the main idea 3 times, your intention 6 times, then the action you want to be taken 9 times. For example!!

It's recommended that you do this daily!! I usually write it by hand and then burn it!!
22x2/33x3/55x5 method:
This method takes a few days, depending what you choose. The first number is how many times you write your manifestation and the second numbet is how many days you do it. Like I write "I am a magical girl" 22 times, for two days.
Pillow Method:
This one is easy!! Just write what you want and fold it twice. Put it under your pillow, then sleep!! I usually leave it there for a while.
Letter to the Universe:
This one is my favorite. This is where you write a lettet of graditude to the universe and act as if you already have everything you wanted!! Make sure to use the phrase "I am so grateful for..".
A little tip!! When writing, avoid saying "can't", "no", "I wish"!! That's all for today!!
