Hatake Alone

You are not alone

The Genjutsu stopped and Team 7 was back in the file library, to outsiders it seemed like only seconds had passed for Team 7 half a lifetime.

Kakashi was looking at his feet, most of the deaths were his fault, because he wasn't fast enough, or strong enough, or he was just plain stupid, he felt some tears trickle down his face he hastily wiped them away

"Sensei" all of a sudden he was in a hug, his entire team pressed into him, even Sasuke, god, Naruto was almost as tall as him now.

Sakura was crying and Sasuke had a look of understanding on his face, he knew pain, and he knew how unfair and unjust the world could be, Naruto smiled bright like the Rey of sunshine  even though they knew he had his own personal struggles too "Kakashi Sensei thank you for saving me when I was a child"

The man laughed scares stretching "The last Hatake that's funny" Kakashi swallowed in anger but felt empty too, if only he had agreed to go to that stupid dinner with Minato Sensei and his team! He was alone.

"Sensei it's unhealthy to go through all that and keep it bottled up" Sakura tried to sound stern laughing a little and whipping away her tears, she was squished into the group hug, and felt amazing

"Kakashi, I'm sorry that- I'm" The Uchiha sighed he hated giving apologies but he knew he'd feel bad about it later if he didn't, "I'm sorry that I judged you without knowing you, and I'm sorry I caused this team so much trouble, especially you Sakura, I almost killed you! If I did I would never forgive myself"

Sakura giggled but couldn't stop as more tears flowed from her eyes "Sasuke..." she was touched her bottom lip trembled.

"What did my father ever do to you? Can't you tell he's suffered enough, he's dead in fact" hissed Kakashi "My, you have quite the bite little wolf" sneered the man "Why don't you have that broken look yet? Do you honestly think your 'friends' care about a stuck up brat like you?"

Kakashi threw himself forward, his wrists were raw and bleeding, more blood twisted down the chains "I'm not alone!" He roared desperately trying to persuade himself "Am I?"

"Sensei, You are the bravest man I know and the strongest " states Naruto firmly "Nonsense" Kakashi whispers he was blushing and trying to hold back tears, which was unfortunately very hard "Your much stronger than me, you and Sasuke both"
"No Sensei, you pushed through so much, you've seen so much, you've suffered and bled and cried and you can still smile " Kakashi was silent, was this true? Did he mean it?

"And" Sasuke slyly added "You could have blamed Konoha you could have hated the villagers for ostracizing your father, Blame them for his death, but unlike me Kakashi you actually moved on, you saw the light in the darkness and you found it right away, whereas it took me years to find my path again"

The man cuffed Kakashi across the face, Kakashi spit blood, cheek stinging "I am going to break you small wolf" the man yelled with so much venom Kakashi flinched "I am going to scrape the remains of your petty soul from your broken body" the man leaned closer he smelled of smoke and rot, a faint bit of copper, probably from blood,

"Why do you hate me?" Kakashi finally asked "Why do this?" He was oh so close to breaking the man could taste it "Because your father hurt me, see these scars? The white fangs got claws too" he leaned in even closer so his mouth was right near Kakashi's ear, Kakashi was still barely breathing

"And no one will miss you anyway your alone"

Kakashi sighed "I got lost, I killed people I was in ANBU, Rins death was my fault, Naruto I couldn't save your parents"
"Stop" said Naruto sounding mad, he backed away from the hug glaring "Just stop, I know were your going, trust me, I've gone there too, that wasn't  your fault Kakashi, you were an ANBU, you killed dangerous people, killing yeah isn't the right way to do things but they were never innocents, and Rin, her death was not your fault, for whatever reason Kakashi sensei, she wanted to die, and from what I know of her she must have had a reason, and she'd hardly want you plagued with guilt for the rest of your life, and my parents? I'm PROUD of my parents they saved this village and me, what could you have done?"

"And Obito?" Sakura answered this time "Silly, it was the Iwa ninja's fault, Obito died a hero, and it was not your fault, did you push Obito into the rock? Did you do the Jutsu? NO you didn't so stop being guilty "

"You are alone"

"We love you sensei"

"No one cares for you"

"You brought us together"

"You only hurt people"

"You are NOT alone"

"You are alone"

The door banged open "KAKASHI!" Minato rushed towards the man and fought him furiously, never had Kakashi seen him this mad Obito and Rin ran in after and Quickly unchained him he started to fall... And Gai caught him

"I can do some medical Ninjustsu on him" said Rin "Lay him down" Kushina ran in next hair parted 9 ways slamming the scarred man into the wall "DON'T EVER LAY A FINGER ON HIM AGAIN YOU BASTARD "

"Kakashi!" A warm embrace shocked Kakashi as he saw his Sensei's yellow hair scratch his neck, it was surprisingly soft "We were so worried!" His kind blue eyes were sparkling with unshed tears "You-you all came?"
"Of course we did Bakashi it's unlike you to be late we thought for sure you were dead you rules freak"
"Who yah calling a freak" Kakashi spat back and Obito smiled.

Kakashi leans into the hug "You are all amazing" he whispers into their cute fluffy heads "and I know I'm not alone, and you guys know your not alone either right? I won't let anything ever happen to you"

He leaned in more feeling there love and support, he could almost see Minato smiling Kushina offering to make a special dinner for celebration of everyone getting along and Obito drooling over an ecstatic Rin. "You are my precious people and...I love you all"

"Your alone"

"I AM NOT ALONE".

Welp I'm alive, wrote this entire story in three days, throughout the book I did not own any of the pics, (Besides the cover) and Naruto Is not owned by me...so yeah that's to bad, I'd love to own Naruto...Well I hope everyone who reads this knows YOU ARE NOT ALONE, even when it may seem like it, at least one person cares, but enough with the cheese 🧀 Thanks so much for reading my first book love everyone who did and if you commented you made my day I love comments thanks!
