Stella's POV

The time had finally come for the game to start and coach got there after 30 mins of practice

"COME ON GUYS AND GIRL GATHER ROUND TEAM MEETING. Now this is only a scrimmiage so play safe and do your best." Coach said.

I stood on the sideline and Mason stood next to me. Liam was on the other side of the field so Mason and I walked over to him.

Liam was staring at Brett who just happened to take his shirt off. Mason was staring too.

"What do you think you're doing" Liam asked Mason.

"uh, nothing" he went back to staring at Brett now putting on a shirt but it got caught on his pecks.

"You think he's hot don't you" I asked Mason.

"Yeah." He answered."you know he wants to destroy me'' Liam said to Mason.

Just as he said that Brett came walking over he didn't have any of his pads on.

When he got to us he smiled at Liam then gabbed my hand.

"Hey sweet thang" he said moving my hand back and fourth.

He looked at Liam ad mason. "You two can go now" he said to them. Liam gave him a nasty look and dragged Mason away from us.

"Wanna make a deal?" Brett asked raising his eyebrows.

I was silent.

"If we win tonight, you go out with me again." Brett said he stroked my face.

"No" I said.

''if we win you kiss me" Brett tried again.

"No" I said again.

"Wow you don't have faith in your team at all." Brett pushed.

"No I do it's just that I don't wanna do either of those things so I don't need to bet on it" I said.

"BRETT COME ON" His coach shouted.

"Well maybe once you see me play you'll change your mind i've gotten....better." He said then walked off.

Liams POV

Mason and I stood on the sideline watching Brett flirt with Stella grabbing her hand and stroking her face.

"I can't believe it, he knows I like her I heard him say it, he just wants to destroy every happy thing for me." I said.

"Well maybe he's not trying to make you jelous but instead me. he probably wants me so he's just flirting with her to get my attention." Mason stated.

"Yeah I doubt that" I laughed so did he.

"Well I wouldn't worry about it dude when he was talking with her by the buses she didn't seem to instrested in him she actually seemed kinda annoyed." Mason said.

"Wait, what happened when they were talking by the buses" I asked.

''Uh, not much" Mason stammered." He basiclly tried to get her back but she didn't want to then before she walked away he kissed her on her cheek, so nothing serious."

"NOTHING SERIOUS! he got farther with her in 2 minuets than I ever have."I yelled.

"If you want to be with her so bad just make your move or something" Mason said.

"I've tried. I mean unintentionally but I've tried." I said.

"Like what" He asked.

''At the party last Friday I almost kissed her we were like less than an inch away then Scott walked in and she moved away." I said.
