The Capitol (Chapter Two)

President Walt Disney appeared an a giant screen on the Justice Building he said "I heard we have had our very first volunteer and I had to me them."

"Umm hi I'm Lilo Pelekai."

"Hello there Lilo, why did you volunteer."

"For my sister."

He said "May your movie be ever in your favor."

And he disappeared the MovieMakers took us into the Justice Building and out the back and onto the train. The train was beautiful on the inside, the outside is a nother story. The MovieMakers took me to my car and Lilo to her's. We didn't see each other for hours, finally it was dinner and we met again I said "You didn't need to volunteer."

"I know but l wanted to be with you," she replied.

"I know"

We ate dinner in total and utter silence. The meal was lovely it was gourmet chocolate cake, pulled pork, and lemon aid. After dinner we met our mentor, Mickey Mouse we watch footage from all his games.

He said "I won these games by finding a vortex throwing my sword in it, it flew out and killed the people I agreed to team with."

I asked "How am I supposed to find the vortex."

"You can't that was fix after I found it."

Then Cruella de Vil barged through the door "Ten minutes until we arrive in District One."

I replied "I never realized how long it took to get from District Nine to District One."

Lilo froze in awe at the sight of the giant buildings.
