i snuck out early and left elena their sleep and went back to my house when i got there kol was sitting on the couch"where is nik and elijah"i asked

"nik's upstairs painting a picture of caroline and elijah is somewhere reading a book"he said

"good you go to her lake house and talk to her"i said

"why"he said

"cause i had to sit through her crying because she made a mistake"i said

"crying"he asked

"oh you didn't know we've been in mystic falls for three days she keeps going to her lake house to get away and cry cause she didn't mean the things she said but she's insecure like me it happens when everytime you learn to trust someone they break you caroline and bonnie immediantly recongnized she was broken"i said

"yes broken crying why do you think i decided to drive here before y'all can't question her if theirs 3 others in the car she told me about the argument being drunk the knife and jumping situation but she also told me she said those things because she was scared people she cares for have a way of getting hurt jenna her parents her brother you can't blame her so just go talk to her"i said

"thanks bex"he said and then he vamped out

"yeah you don't go from being that close to that far away by chance but what jumping and knife situation"he asked

"don't yell at her she may have tried to stab her self and jump off the balcony cause she was blaming herself for what she said to him"i said

"i wanna see how this plays out with the salvatores"elijah said coming in

i woke up and checked the house and realized rebekah wasn't here"this bitch left me"i said i went and wiped my face which was still red from last night then i cleaned up a little and ate the rest of the ice cream that was in the fridge and put on the notebook i heard someone knocking on the door so i turned off the tv threw the ice cream away and walked to the door when i opened it kol was standing there

"can we talk"he said

"come in"i said he walked in and we sat on the couch

"but i could have tried to fight for you"he said
